There is a large lawn with olive trees and a kidney shaped private pool, roughly 10 x 5m which shelves gently from 1 to 2m with tiled surround and ample garden furniture too. Located on its own secluded hillside within a short drive of all amenities, including Autodrome, Morgado and Penina Golf, Alvor and beaches, Portimão and Lagos.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. In off peak season, a discount will be considered for long rental periods or where the villa is occupied by just 2 people. Utility costs are not included for long rental periods. Payment can be accepted by cheque in pounds or Euro by prior arrangement.
Changeover day
There is no preferred changeover day. To allow time for cleaning, occupancy is usually taken up after 2pm on the day of arrival and vacated by 10am on the date of departure.

There is a patio outside the lounge with beautiful views across the valley - ideal for relaxing or a BBQ. There is a large lawn with olive trees and a kidney shaped private pool, roughly 10 x 5m which shelves gently from 1 to 2m with tiled surround and ample garden furniture too.
Coast/Beach
There are many beautiful beaches within a reasonable drive. Meia Praia, Alvor, Praia da Rocha, Praia do Vau are all about 15 to 20 minutes drive and the beaches of the Western Algarve about an hour.
Golf
Penina 10km. Morgado 5km. Palmares 12km.
Travel
The nearest larger places are Alvor, Portimão and Lagos. The closest restaurant is about 3 minutes drive, and the Autodrome, with restaurants, about 5 minutes. Many other places to eat and drink within 10 to 15 minutes. Faro is just under an hour by motorway. We leave 3 hours before the departure time, to allow 2 hours for flight check in. Although it is not necessary to use it every day, a car is essential to fully enjoy your holiday. We can recommend good value car hire.
Distances
The new link road serving the autodrome means that travel times, especially to Lagos are reduced. Pereira 3km. Alvor 12km. Praia da Rocha 14km. Odiáxere 14km. Portimão 16km. Lagos 22km.
Booking notes
When you contact us, please advise the dates you would like to rent the Quinta. We will send you a booking form, and reserve the dates. Deposit of 20% required with the completed booking form. Balance due eight weeks prior to arrival. Security deposit (£200), refundable within 2 weeks of departure.
