Notes on accommodation
Air Conditioning is operated by remote control in every room. This is available at a rate of £100 per week. Pool Heating is also available for £80 per week.
Outside
The villa offers substantial gardens with beautiful summer blooming plants. Every bedroom offers its own patio area, and the villa on the whole offers a lot of patio area, with plenty of options as to in the shade or the sun!
Coast/Beach
There are several beaches within a short distance of the villa, mainly those which are accessed from the Old Town and the Strip. This villa is also only a short drive from Albufeira Marina.
Golf
This villa is within close proximity to Salgados Golf Course, and within a 20 minute drive of all of the top courses of Vilamoura.
Travel
Faro airport is just 30 minutes away, and transfers are available to book direct through Clube Albufeira. The two main resort centres are only a short distance away, and directions, taxi's, and public transport information are available from the Clube Albufeira reception during your stay.
Distances
5 minutes from the old town and strip and 10 minutes from the popular Algarve Shopping Centre.
Booking notes
25% non-refundable deposit required at the time of booking, and balance is due 8 weeks before arrival date. A £100 security deposit is required upon booking, and following an inspection before departure, this will be refunded in full provided no damage has been caused.
