This newly built house is situated 5 minutes outside the town of Lagos, in the residential area Torre, near Odiaxere. In the close village Odiaxere you can find several small supermarkets, and a farmers market. There are also some nice restaurants and bars to choose from. The beautiful beaches of Lagos, like the popular Meia Praia beach, are only a 10 minutes drive away. The lively centre of Lagos is well known for good shopping and dining. From the villa you have good access to all directions and the various destinations and sights of the area can be reached fast. The house is furnished in a modern style and with light and friendly colours. It has a fully fitted kitchen and also a utility room in the basement. The basement also has a games room room with a stereo unit, a bar, table tennis, darts and a pool table. There is a private pool on the property.

The house has air-conditioning in the living/dining area and all bedrooms. The house is 1.5km from the popular Palmeres golf course but is equally suitable for children with a children's park only 30ms away.

There is a private pool at the rear of the house 5x3m. The front of the house has a tiled patio with a built in barbeque and outdoor table and chairs. There are 2 small balconies, - one on the first floor and one on the second floor, both with coffee tables and chairs.
