This tastefully furnished and well equipped villa is situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac with views out over a wooded chine to the sea. The garden has a number of fruit trees and the drive is large enough for several cars. The pool area is very private and is optimally orientated for the sun. The BBQ eating area is situated under a large veranda which provides shelter from the sun at midday. The good sized pool (9x4.5m) has steps and can be heated if required for an additional charge. All three bedrooms and the lounge dining room have air-conditioning/heating and both bathrooms have heaters for comfort out of season. Satellite 40 inch TV (BBC and ITV) keeps you in touch with what is happening back home.

This is a professionally managed villa and the management team is on hand to resolve any problems with the accommodation in the unlikely event that they should arise.

The property and pool area are all on one level but there are 2 low steps from the drive to the front door.
Outside
Views from the roof terrace are a feature of the property with clear views across a wooded chine to the sea. 6 sunbeds with cushions are provided along with a sun parasol. The private pool (9 x 4.5m) can be heated if required.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful sandy beach at Centianes is just a 10 minute walk away and has a good beach restaurant.
Golf
The local golf club is just 3 minutes walk away and is a nice setting for a drink or meal. There are several other golf courses within a short drive.
Travel

Faro airport is just 45 minutes drive away, mostly on motorway. A car is recommended for longer breaks as there is much to see and do.
Further details
There are more than 10 restaurants, 2 mini-markets and several bars within a 10 minute walk. Carvoeiro is a 4 minute drive away and provides you with a wonderful selection of places to eat and drink, both traditional Portuguese and international. Walking the Algarve coast is one of the highlights of your holiday as the views are spectacular and nearly all of it is open to the public.
