The Villa is located between the cultural village of Alte and the small market town of St.Bartolomeu de Messines. Both having nice bars and restaurants. The country side around the villa has some beautiful walks and scenery. The villa is set in its own grounds with views over looking quiet countryside.

Changeover day
Changeover day: Thursday between 28th April 2011 to 28th July 2011. Sunday between 14th August 2011 to 2nd October 2011.Where bookings coincide for the same day we request that outgoing guests depart by 10am and incoming guests arrive no earlier than 2pm.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is suitable for families and couples and sleeps up to 6 with the addition of a cot which is included in the price.
Air conditioning is available in master bedroom and Lounge/dining area. Fans are available for other rooms.
There is also internet connection available if required.
Mountain bikes and table tennis are available for guests to use.
Outside
Large gardens surround the villa with terraced area around the large private 13m x 6m pool for sole use of guests.
Outside shower room with hot and cold facilities having wc,sink, shower cubicle. There is also an open outside shower with hot and cold facilities.
Ample garden furniture around pool and terrace and upper terrace with sun loungers and BBQ.
Coast/Beach
30 minutes drive to varied beaches. Praia da Marinha, Gale, Praia da Coelha and Sao Rafael are just some of the beaches between Guia and Armacao de Pera.
Golf
Golf courses and golf schools are within 35 mins drive from the villa.
Balaia golf village have special beginners courses for children which are very reasonably priced.
Travel
Faro airport is 45 minutes drive. Car hire is essential.
Distances
A 30 minute drive to the busy town of Loule with its many shops, cafes and resturants. Also the moorish town of Silves is a 30 minute drive with its historical castle and museums.

Booking notes
A deposit of 25% required on booking. The balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Booking deposit is none refundable. A £300 breakage bond is required with the final payment. This will be returned within 48 hours of departure providing no damage has occurred.
