Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds and euros. End cleaning: 35 euros (with 2 bedrooms/bathrooms) resp. 25 Euros (with 1 bedroom/bathroom). No charge for B & B endcleaning. Last minute bookings (maximal 3 weeks before arrival) minus 20%. Prices for the winter period November 2008 - February 2009 are on request.
Changeover day
Flexible. Departure before 10.00am, arrival after 3.00pm.

Open kitchen includes: waterheater, sink, hob, oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and fridge. Bedroom 1 with double bed and bathroom, bedroom 2 with 2 single beds and bathroom. Both bathrooms have toilet, shower, bidet and washbasin.
2 large balconies - partly covered - each with table and chairs.

Notes on accommodation
No smoking allowed on the property - NON SMOKERS ONLY.
No pets allowed as the owners - living on the ground floor -already have 2 dogs inside and 2 cats on the property.
Breakfast and meals can be served at reasonable prices.
Bed linen, kitchen/bathroom towels are included but please bring your own swimming/beach towels.
Our prices include doing all the laundry of the guests (incl. ironing) unless of course you would like to do this yourselves in which case the equipment is in the apartment.
Outside
Large outside terrace with BBQ and shower. Outdoor furniture available. Saltwater swimming pool - with jet stream - measuring 9m x 4.5m inside, depth 1.25m x 1.85m.
The property is fully fenced and has parking space.
The gates are closed during the night.
Coast/Beach
Armacao de Pera: approximately 10 minutes by car.
Lake and woods of Silves Barragem: approximately 20 minutes by car.
Golf
Seven Major Golf Courses and resorts within 20 minutes from the apartment. On request the owner can provide you with detailed information.
Travel
From Faro airport it takes approximately 45 minutes to reach the properety by car. If desired the owners can make a reservation for a rental car, to be picked up at the airport. Use of car is essential.
Distances
Faro: approximately 60km. Silves: approximately 7km.
Alcantarilha: approximately 7km. Lagoa: approximately 6km.
Further details
The mountains of Monchique and Foia: approximately 30 minutes by car. 2 large waterparcs: 15 minutes by car.
Many popular and cultural events in the area during the summer months.
