Modern 3 bedroom villa, only a 10 minute walk from the medieval town of Obidos. Situated in a quiet location with rural views, the Villa has its own pool as well as garden areas to the front and rear of the property. All bedrooms have quality bedding and the Villa is furnished to a high standard. Many bars, restaurants and other amenities are within a short walk and the area boasts miles of clean sandy beaches as well as several championship golf courses, all within very easy reach. Lisbon airport is approx 45 minutes drive and the historic city of Lisbon makes an ideal day trip. Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Saturday, although alternative days can be considered. Departure before 10am. Arrival after 4pm unless by prior arrangement.

Notes on accommodation
The property has tiled floors throughout the living accommodation, with laminate flooring in the three bedrooms. All Bedrooms have built in Wardrobes, drawers and full length mirrors. There is an entrance hall with plenty of cupboard/storage space. Gas central heating and wood burning fireplace. Combi boiler provides continuous hot water. There is an attached garage accessible from the kitchen. The garage is used for general storage of the outdoor furniture, toys, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, first aid kit etc. Smoking is not permitted indoors, however guests may smoke outside in the garden / terrace areas.
Outside
Enclosed gardens with rural aspects to front and rear. Private swimming pool for the sole use of the villa guests. Brick built integrated BBQ with fittings and tools. Garden table with 6 chairs, sun loungers and parasols.
Coast/Beach
Various beaches can be reached within easy driving distance, including Foz de Arelho, Peniche, Baleal, Sao Martinho Do Porto and many others along both the Atlantic and Lagoon coasts.
Golf
Only a 10 min walk to Obidos and the castle etc. with many restaurants and bars. Also with banks, pharmacy, health centre and public transport. 5 minute walk to supermarket. There are many championship golf courses within easy driving distance, including Praia D'el Rey, Golden Eagle(Rio Maior). Campo Real, Royal Obidos, Bom Sucesso and Vimeiro.
Travel
Airport: Lisbon 45 mins drive. Porto 140 mins drive. Faro 3 hours drive. Car hire is strongly recommended to fully enjoy and appreciate this beautiful region. Lisbon City centre can be reached in 75 minutes by public transport.

Booking notes
Prices include reasonable bills and house cleaning service before and after your stay. A £200 refundable deposit is required to secure the property at the time of booking. The full rent is due 6 weeks prior to the rental date. The deposit also covers breakages / additional cleaning. The deposit will be refunded once the keys are returned, subject to any deductions if necessary. Payment can be made in several ways Euros can be accepted subject to exchange rates.
