The local fishing town of Peniche with it's wonderful seafood restaurants is 20 mins away and the stunning medieval town of Obidos is 15 mins away. The resorts 5* Marriott Hotel with wonderful health and spa facilities is within walking distance.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in pounds sterling.
Maid service weekly. All linen and towels (not beach towels). Winter months incur an additional fuel supplement of £60. A damage deposit of £100 is required for each booking.
Discounts for long lets on application.
Changeover day
Saturday is preferred but some flexibility is available.

Accessibility
The apartment has easy access being on the ground floor and is therefore ideal for families and for access to the pool.
Outside
The apartment opens out onto a patio area with beautifully maintained gardens and a large shared pool. There is a barbecue and outdoor furniture.
Coast/Beach
A fantastic quiet stretch of beach is nearby and there are many other stunning beaches within a short driving distance. Water sports, cycling, horse riding and tennis are also available locally.
Golf
The Clubhouse is only a few minutes walk away. The incredible Championship Golf Course is rated Number 1 in Portugal and 13th in mainland Europe by Golf World. There are several other courses within easy driving distance.
Travel
Lisbon Airport is approximately 1 hour away by car. There are good motor way links from the airport to the resort. Car hire is advisable.

Lisbon 1 hour. Obidos 15 minutes. Peniche 20 minutes. Baleal beach 10 minutes. Obidos Lagoon 10 mins. Calas da Rainha 25 minutes. Sintra 1 hour.

Kids Club on resort during Summer months. Cycling and horse riding available nearby. Kids park within walking distance of apartment. Many wonderful places of interest to visit including, Obidos, Lisbon, Sintra, Peniche and Calas da Rainha.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We bought in this area as we had always loved the Algarve but felt it was getting too busy and this area of Portugal really is a hidden treasure. The coast line is stunning, there are lovely interesting places to visit and the resort itself provides for everything we want for a fun filled relaxing vacation.
