Two bedroom apartment set in a quite condominium with attractive gardens, tennis courts, 2 pools and outdoor jacuzzi. A short walk to Guia centre and Algarve shopping with cinema, bars and restaurants. 5 minute drive to some beautiful beaches. Albufeira Old Town centre is only a short drive down the coast. This 2 year old apartment has a large living and kitchen area with all modern features and 2 large sun terraces. X box games console and Sky TV.

Changeover day
Access to the apartment will be from 3pm, departure will need to be by 10am. Should you have later flights please contact us to see if its feasible to have a later departure time - this will always be accommodated if possible.

| Kitchen: | Large kitchen with breakfast area, all modern appliances including cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine and microwave. Fully equipped with kettle, toaster and plenty of cutlery and crockery including plastic for outdoor use. |
| Utility Room: | There is a small utility area as you enter the apartment, suitable for storage, drying washing. |
| Living Rooms: | Spacious lounge and dining area with dining table and chairs, 3 seater sofa and arm chair around a log burning fire. Use of a games console, TV, DVD player and movies, Sky. Patio doors which open onto a large sun terrace with furniture. |

Towels and linens are included. No maid service for one week stays - unless requested and paid for locally. For 2 weeks there will be a mid stay clean and linen change. |

Enclosed shared condominium, patios, gardens, 2 swimming pools, tennis courts, BBQ area, table and chairs with parasol, loungers and private parking.
Coast/Beach
Praia de Gale is 5 minutes by car and offers 3 restaurants overlooking the sea serving a selection of local dishes and snacks. Also within 10 minutes drive are the beautiful beaches of Evaristo, Praia da Castillo and Sao Raphael to name a few. All have restaurants/sunbeds and toilet facilities, plus water sports in season.
Golf
5 minute drive to Salgados Links golf course with 18 holes and driving range. Half hour drive to all of the golf courses Central Algarve has to offer.
Skiing
It is only a 2 hour drive up the Moncheque mountains to Portugals Local ski resorts.
Travel
30 minute drive to Faro airport, 10 minute drive to the train station. There are plenty of buses and taxi hire in the village.
Distances
Guia is a small village about 8km from Albufeira 10 mins drive and about 30 minutes from Faro airport. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance from the apartment. Albufeira also offers an abundance of restaurants and shops and is great for a stroll in the evenings. Algarve shopping is 5 mins drive away and offers a huge selections of shops, restaurants and entertainment.
Further details
The Algarve is known for some of the best golf courses in Europe. Something for everyone from two large water parks close by, Slide and Splash. And just a 10 minute drive to Aqualand. Bowling and cinema as well as carting and horse riding.
Zoomarine, near Guia is a superb Ocean Theme Park, the best in Southern Europe, providing great entertainment and education for children and adults alike. Shows featuring dolphins, seals, sharks, parrots, crocodiles and other species. Further a field, near Quarteirá, the Aquashow water park is home to Europe's biggest aquatic roller coaster, amongst many other water slides.
Booking notes
Bookings, 40% refundable deposit will be required. Balance due 6 weeks before departure. £150 security deposit to be paid 1 week before departure which will be returned as soon as the apartment has been checked.

The apartment was absolutley fantastic. The whole complex was great, nice and quiet during the day and very relaxing. We went to the local town albiferia every night which was only about 10 minutes away. So your apartment was a perfect location, i dont think id ever want to stay in a hotel complex after that again! We met some of your neighbours while we there and everyone were very nice people, alwats stopped for a chat and give a few pointers about where to go in guia as well. Gui was a lovely place and we tended to eat and drink there in the evenings before hitting the old town in albiferia.

We are a young couple that live in England, we fell in love with the Algarve 3 years ago, so decided to set up home here. We are both in the hotel and leisure industry and spend our spare time golfing, walking and going on holiday.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We love the Algarve especially Guia, Albufeira, because of the fantastic facilities in the area. The apartment is a few minutes drive to over 9 beautiful beaches, close to the marina of Albufeira and a stroll to loads of local restaurants, bars and shops, including cinema and bowling. There is something for everyone and it's only a 30 minute drive to the airport.
