Changeover day
Saturday is changeover day, although negotiable. Arrival not before 2pm and vacating at 11am.

All towels for the bathrooms, linen and tea towels for kitchen are all included and changed once a week. |

Notes on accommodation
We have electric fans in all the rooms for the summer and radiators in all the rooms for the winter. There is a great wood burning fire in the living room.
Accessibility
As this property is all on one level it will be ideal for wheelchairs user and people with immobility use.
Outside
On the terrace is a table which seats 10 people along with the barbeque, there are stairs for the roof which if small children climb should be supervised. The pool is private but not an olympic size pool, what we would call a 'splash' pool, but ideally suited for small children with shallow end.
Coast/Beach
All the beaches in the Algarve are beautiful and so many, the nearest one to us would be Carvoeiro, Marinha or Benagil and these are only a 10-15 minute drive away.
Golf
There is a 9 hole golf course within a 10 minute drive and the Gramacho an 18 hole golf course is 10 minutes just near Lagoa town.
Travel
Casa Del Horta is 35 minutes from Faro. We recommend the use of a car.
Distances
Carvoeiro is 10-15 minutes. Albufeira is 20 minutes and Portimao the second biggest town is 20 minutes.
Further details
There is a supermarket called Intermarche 10 minutes drive which is the equivalent of our Tesco or Sainsbury's.
Booking notes
We require 25% deposit on booking the villa with the outstanding balance due 8 weeks before the commencement date.
£150 fully refundable deposit, if no major incidents, i.e. breakage of cups, glasses, etc. are not included.

I am English, married with 3 grown up children and 3 grandchildren, 10, 7 and 4 years. We love the Algarve and have been coming out for the past 14 years.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We love the quiet of the villa and the safety aspect, our children and grandchildren can play around the villa in the gardens or explore in a piece of land we also own.
Carvoeiro is a 10 minute drive with about 40 restaurants, a great beach.
Unique benefits of the property
We have all the home comforts of home, flat screen TV, CD player, DVD player and Sky TV with all the channels, except movies. We have DVD's and CD's that clients are welcome to use along with a library of books.
