Parque da Corcovada is situated in the quiet residential area, just off the main street of Albufeira, in close proximity of The Strip, restaurants, nightclubs and bars, Bullring, supermarkets, shops and Internet cafés. Buses to theme parks regularly pass nearby. The tourist train to the Old Town and Fisherman’s Beach runs every 20-30 minutes. Albufeira has many superb sandy beaches in the area; the nearest being Praia d’Oura, a 20 minute stroll from the apartment. The apartment is ideally positioned for golfers with Balaia golf course and Sheraton Pine Cliffs just minutes away and the world class golf courses of Vilamoura, including The Old Course, Laguna, Millenium, Victoria and Pinhal.

Changeover day
Normally the apartment will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival (arrivals after 10PM will incur an additional €50 euro) the apartment must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Special requests may be accommodated.

Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning in bedrooms and living area, balconies front and rear accessed via living room and bedroom. Smoking restricted to balconies. No pets allowed. Windows and patio doors fitted with electronically controlled shutters. Car parking outside front entrance. Access to pools is restricted to guests.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor accessed by lift or stairs. Good parking facilities within the complex.
Excellent public transport links, with a bus stop outside the complex.
Outside
This is a development of luxury apartments, surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens and swimming pools. A snack bar with Internet access, mini-golf and children's play area are situated opposite the development.
Coast/Beach
There are a several sandy beaches nearby, the nearest beach being Praia De Santa Eulalia which is 1km away. There is also a beach at the end of 'The Strip' (15 minute walk) and Fisherman's beach is located in the old town area. This is approx a 30 minute walk or a short bus/taxi ride.
Golf
Parque da Corcovada is well located for access to several near by golf courses and a short drive to the Vilamoura golf courses.
Travel
Faro Airport is 30 minutes away.
Airport transfers can be arranged.
Lisbon and Seville are both 2.5 hours away by car. Regular train and bus service from both cities.
Booking notes
Deposit of 25% payable to secure booking with balance payable 8 weeks before arrival. A refundable deposit of €200 (Euro) is payable to cover accidental damage excess and this will be refunded after departure.
