Villa Toriba stands in a commanding position on the edge of the village of Vale de Parra facing due south with panoramic views of the coast and surrounding countryside, rich with olive and citrus groves. Vale de Parra (valley of grapevines) is an area of tranquil farmland with lovely uncrowded beaches just 3km from Guia, famous for its excellent choice of Portuguese restaurants. The splendid sandy beach at Gale is about 1km distant with many sheltered coves nearby. Daily shopping needs can be met in the village with a well stocked mini-market or the cobbled streets of Albufeira, 5km in distance. The Villa is surrounded by mature and well maintained gardens showing a blaze of colour most of the year. A feature of the front garden is a ‘Carob’ tree giving shade in the Summer. The Pool is surrounded with terraces and flower borders with the added features of a built-in barbecue and sun top terrace.

Gardens, patios, barbecue, outdoor furniture, umbrellas. Pool size: 11x4.75m. There is a bubble over the private pool to retain the heat. The pool can be heated if required the extra cost for this is £150.00 per week.

Splendid sandy beach at Gale is approximately 1km. Many sandy coves and beaches to explore.

The villa overlooks Salgados golf course.

Faro international airport, 40km, approximately 40 minutes by car.

Slide and splash water theme park is only a short drive away. There is a conservation area close to the villa, with flamingos, numerous migrating seabirds and a variety of other wildlife. Zoo Marine is approximately 4kms distance from the villa where children can swim with the Dolphins.
