It is totally safe for children and is surrounded by beautiful gardens with superb facilities, including 3 swimming pools, restaurants, bars, supermarket internet cafe and 24 hour security. Adequate parking.There is also the added assurance of our On-site Management Agents. Blue flag Falesia beaches and spectacular marina are 15 minutes walk. There are many first class golf courses nearby.

Changeover day
Saturday changeover preferred. Additional charges may be made for other changeover days. On the day of departure guests may be required to vacate the property by 10.00am.

The Duplex Apartment has a stone spiral staircase and may not be suitable for the elderly or very young. Car rental, golf, taxis and excursions can be arranged through our on-site agent. No smoking is allowed in the accommodation.

Accessibility
The Duplex apartment is entered via stairs to the first floor and unfortunately is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Outside
The Duplex Apartment has a large private roof terrace with sun loungers, dining table and chairs, parasol. Outside there are pedestrianised streets set in beautiful gardens. There are 3 swimming pools with a large section for children in the main pool. There is also a children's play area. There is a small daily charge for the use of sun beds. The Ground Floor Apartment has a patio with garden furniture and sunbeds and a large lawned area.

Coast/Beach
The blue flag Falesia beach, the marina and Marina beach are a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive away. A motorised train leaves the Old Village at regular intervals to the beach and the marina.

Golf
There are five or six golf courses in the area. Please enquire for details.

Travel
Faro airport is 25 minutes away by car. A car is not essential in Vilamoura but car hire is available at our on-site agents for those wishing to visit some of the surrounding areas.

Distances
Vilamoura tennis centre is a 5 minute walk and marina and beaches are a 15 minute walk. The nearby town of Quarteira is easily reached by taxi, where you can buy fresh produce and fish every day. There is also a general market every Wednesday.

Further details
Local amenities at the spectacular marina includes bars, shops, restaurants, big game fishing, scuba diving, boat trips and a casino. Other local amenities include a water slide park, sailing, windsurfing, tennis, golf, horse riding and night clubs and discos.

Booking notes
20% deposit is required on booking,together with £100 refundable security which will be returned within 2 weeks after the property has been inspected at the end of the rental period. The full rental charge is due 60 days prior to rental start date.
