The location of the property is residential, however the town centre is only 15min walk/5min drive away. It is on two floors with 3 ensuite bedrooms, lounge/dining area with a sun terrace and a roof terrace overlooking the pool, fully equipped modern kitchen with granite tops and high quality MIELE equipment, and a separate guest cloakroom. Changeover day
Our preferred change-over day is Saturday in the peak season, other times flexible.

Outside
On the sun terrace outside lounge and kitchen there are a table and chairs seating 6 and a sunshade. Four comfortable sunbeds with cushions are provided for guests' use. Large communal pool is accessed from the downstairs bedrooms and via a staircase from the sun terrace. A smaller roof top terrace provides excellent uninterrupted 360º views of the surrounding areas.

There are several local beaches to explore: some of them are smaller caved beaches surrounded by beautiful rocks, others long open sandy beaches.
