This is a spacious older-style villa which has been sympathetically modernised. The villa and lounge terrace have panoramic views of the sea and Carvoeiro. The large terrace has a built-in BBQ and covered dining area. The fully equipped kitchen and living areas were completely refurbished in 2009 and all the bedrooms have new en-suite facilities. The villa has air-conditioning and heating throughout with attractive wood burning fire in lounge. The fifth bedroom has its own entrance, patio doors, seating area with TV, and separate basic kitchen with fridge/freezer & kettle - ideal for those wanting a bit more privacy. The villa is located in a quiet secluded area just a few minutes walk from Monte Carvoeiro and its restaurants and facilities. The centre of Carvoeiro and the beaches are all within 5-10 mins walk. Golf (Gramacho and Pinta) and tennis clubs are a 10 mins drive.

Golf: 12 top rated championship courses within 30 min drive. Of which excellent Pinta and Gramacho courses 10 min; Silves - 15 min, Penina, Alto, Salgados, Morgado and Alamos 20 min, Palmares, Boavista, Faldo and O'Connor 30 min.

Faro airport 60 km, 45 min drive.

Carvoeiro centre with restaurants, bars, supermarkets, banks, approx 200m: 5 -10 min walk. Monte Carvoeiro with attractive square surrounded by excellent restaurants and bars - 2 min walk. Large out-of-town supermarket 5 min drive - also on local bus route. Water Park 10 min drive.
