The communal roof top decked terrace has a pool and spectacular sea, river and mountain views. The property is ideally located in the heart of the village, which has an abundance of bars, restaurants and gift shops. The beach is 300m away (5 minutes walk) and the nearest mini-market is 50m away. Alvor is a much loved traditional Portuguese fishing village, full of character, with whitewashed buildings, cobbled streets, food market and church. There are several golf courses nearby (Alto and Penina) and others within a short drive (Palmares and Morgado). Also nearby are the busy towns of Portimao (5 minutes drive), the historical town of Silves, with its castle and cathedral (20 minutes drive) and the cosmopolitan town of Lagos (25 minutes drive).

Changeover day
The changeover day is flexible. Check-in time is normally 2pm and we would ask you to depart by 11am. However, these times are flexible, depending on bookings.

Living Rooms: The living room is south facing and has an electric blind for shade. It has a sofa bed that converts to a double bed and is equipped with a flat screen TV, satellite TV (Sky), DVD player, air conditioning and large dining suite.
Other: The apartment has a lovely south facing terrace with sea views and is equipped with rattan style patio table and chairs.

linen/maid service:
The apartment is supplied with towels and linen. For stays longer than 10 days, the apartment will be cleaned and the linen changed half way through the stay.

Please note that this is a no-smoking apartment but there is no problem if you wish to smoke on the terrace. A safe has been fitted in the apartment for your peace of mind.

Accessibility
The property benefits from an elevator which goes from the basement garage to the 3rd floor. However, the roof terrace is on the 4th floor.

The property has a roof top pool and a decked terrace. These facilities are shared between the 20 apartments. There is also a shower adjacent to the pool and there are sun loungers and mattresses available for use.

The beach is 300m away 5 minutes walk.

A deposit of €200 will secure the booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. At that time it will also be necessary to pay a damage deposit of €200, which will be returned upon vacation of the apartment, once it has been checked and the keys returned.
