25% deposit within the next 5 working days after confirmation by bank draft or personal cheque. Remaining 75% at 21 days prior to arrival date. Refundable deposit 500 euros (cash) upon arrival.

John, thank you for your email. I want to add my thanks to Ken’s. We so enjoyed our first visit to Portugal and think we chose the best place on the Algarve. Alvor is such a pretty little town and Prainha and Vau beaches are the best we have ever been to.
We certainly hope to come and stay in Alvor next year.
