Accessibility
This property is unsuitable for wheelchairs as there are a few steps to access the property.

Outside
The property is set within landscaped gardens with swimming pool, sun beds are provided on the large terracing surrounding the pool and there is ample grass area to sunbathe within the gardens.

Coast/Beach
The villa is within a 2-4 minutes stroll of the beach, it quite literally sits above it with views out to the horizon. There are also further beaches within a short drive of the villa.

Golf
2 golf courses namely Boa Vista and Palmares are within a 5 and 10 minute drive respectively of the apartments, Penina and Parque da Floresta are around 15mins away, Amendoeira and the Pestana courses are 30mins and the Quinta courses around 40mins away.

Travel
Faro Airport is located approx 45 mins via the A22 motorway, the driving time would be around 45 minutes, a hire car is not essential as walking distance to Lagos town centre is 25 minutes and the taxi fare back is 7 euros. There are 2 restaurants on the beach and numerous cafes around town.

Distances
Lagos town centre is approx 25 minutes walk away or 5 minutes drive, shopping and a private hospital is also only 5 minutes drive away. The Algarve has numerous places of interest to visit which are normally no more that 45 minutes drive away in any direction.

This holiday was our 2nd trip to Porto du Mos we love the location and proximity to the beach. The villa was stunning all 4 bedrooms were beautiful and a scuffle by all to pick the best room was not necessary as all were equal. The living area was vast and gave a great feeling of space especially when the doors were opened on to the terrace with views of the beach. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and more and had a door and stairs direct to the pool area which was great for popping back in to get a drink. The pool and pool garden were superb, a great size pool and huge area for relaxing if the villa were full it would still not feel at all cramped as it is so large. Very well appointed, suitable for millionaires on holiday (ha ha) we will definately be going back. Recommended for: Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

At 39 years of age and having lived in Lagos for most of my adult life with my wife & son we branched into the rental business & wished we had much sooner due to such positive feedback from our clients. We live at Porto de Mós so are on hand for anything necessary making a holiday with us hopefully that little bit easier. Our vision is to increase our property portfolio on Porto de Mós beach over the coming years to provide even more luxurious, affordable holidays in the sun in Lagos

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Porto de Mós was an easy decision, as soon as I saw the beach, its restaurants and its proximity to the historic town of Lagos I knew instantly that this was the place to live and raise my family. Our clients love the location, and many are returning yearly having also fallen in love with the place

Unique benefits of the property
A Luxurious villa with heated pool & set in landscaped gardens overlooking the beach where dolphins can frequently be seen from the verandas and a wide range of boats & yachts passby hourly. This villa has has full sea views & is a very short walking distance from one of the most beautiful local beaches. I used to live in the hills some 10mins from Lagos & the added hassle of having to drive everywhere, often in 30º+ summer sunshine, is best avoided
