Changeover day
Saturday to Saturday changeover preferred during high season (July and August) but flexible.

Notes on accommodation
There are various extras included in our villa to make your stay as comfortable as possible, these include bathrobes, slippers and luxury toiletries. There are also nursery items for the younger children : cot, highchair, potty, toilet seat, books, toys, DVDs. Finally; 3 bicycles (2 adult and 1 child) 4 body boards and a set of golf clubs.

Outside
Outside there is a private pool with a solar pool cover, large terrace, garden area to 3 sides and fencing around the perimiter. There is a large oval table with 8 chairs and a parasol. There is also an 'Outback' gas BBQ and table football. On the main balacony there is an additional table with 4 chairs, a parasol and 2 sun loungers. Also a small table with 2 chairs on the balcony to bedroom 2.
Coast/Beach
There are numerous unspoilt white sandy beaches within 5 to 10 minutes driving distance. There is also a beach at Obidos Lagoon.
Golf
Praia D'el Rey, world renowned championship golf course, is 10 mins drive. The new Bom Sucesso golf course is less than 5 minutes drive and Campo Real is a short drive away.
Travel
Pinhal Village is less than 1 hour from Lisbon airport or 2.5 hours from Porto airport. Car hire is essential. However, a taxi can be arranged from Lisbon airport for approx 90 euros. There is also a direct coach service from Lisbon to Obidos (One way fare is approx 6 euros & half price for children).
Distances
2 minutes to Obidos Lagoon - kayaking, sailing and water skiing and a purpose built cycle track. Horse riding nearby. 15 minutes to the beautiful medieval town of Obidos. Peniche is 25 minutes drive. Sao Martinho and Nazare are a 35 minute drive. The spa town of Caldas da Rainha with excellent shops and market is a 20 minute drive.

There are supermarkets in Obidos, Caldas De Rainha and a shop on the Bom Sucesso Resort. Banking facilities at Obidos and Caldas de Rainha. Fresh bread delivered daily to the door.
Booking notes
To reserve your booking our policy is to take a 50% deposit to secure the booking via email or phone. The outstanding balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. An accidental damages deposit of £200 (250 euros) is required when paying the final balance, this is returned 5 working days upon departure.

What a great find! A beautiful part of Portugal with something for everyone. The beach and the lagoon kept children age 4 - 12 all entertained for 2 weeks. The villa is probably the most comfortable we have ever stayed. Everything has been supplied. The children appreciated the toys & books and Freeview TV. Why the owner chose a home in this location
We were struck initially by location to the lagoon surrounding beauty of the area and peaceful location. We have now visited the area 7 times and have still only scratched the surface on places to visit. There is a wealth of history in the towns and villages and miles and miles of empty beaches and also good child friendly beaches, it is just perfect for us, N.B. if Benidorm is your idea of heaven this is not the place for you. Oh and before I forget my husband is a golf nut and having played around the world he thinks the courses here are on par with anywhere else. Spain, USA, Mexico, Turkey.
