Notes on accommodation
All bedrooms have satellite TV (UK channels include all BBC - ITV) - hairdryers - safes. Infant cots and high chairs available free of charge with prior notification. Terraces include sun beds and chairs. There is a large barbecue area available with both gas and traditional BBQ's. Pool towels provided.
Outside
The villa has its own large, heated (at additional cost), pool complete with sun loungers and parasoles. There are numerous terraces and balconies as well as large barbecue area, with lovely views of the countryside and distant views of the sea.
Coast/Beach
The villa is ten minutes drive from several local beaches - Vilamoura and Quarteira and ten minutes from Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago.
Golf
The villa is close to all main golf courses the nearest is 5 minute drive at Vilamoura. We can offer excellent golf rates.
Travel
Nearest airport is Faro which is 20 minutes drive from the villa. Coach transfers available - please enquire.
Distances
Nearest village is 3 minute drive at Boliquieme with village square and ancient church. There is a supermarket and pharmacy here also. For larger shops and bars restaurants, Vilamoura is 5-10 minute drive.

About the owner
We are two couples who live in England.
We have taken holidays in the Algarve for over 25 years - as we fell in love with the area and the Portuguese people who are so kind and gentle.
In 2001 we took the plunge and purchased Casa Oleandro - as a home and rental opportunity. We have never looked back - fabulous holidays for ourselves and lots of satisfied renters who have stayed at the villa. We have made many improvements over the years and continue to listen to feedback from our clients and respond accordingly. We are very proud of our villa and the facilities it boasts.
