Changeover day
All lets are Saturday to Saturday. Arrival time not earlier than 2pm. Departure time the villa has to be vacated by 10am.

Outside
The flat has its own large private roof terrace with uninterrupted panoramic sea views and BBQ. Another terrace off the kitchen and bedroom 1 is perfect for alfresco dining. Both the lounge and second bedroom have patio doors and juliette balconies overlooking the lagoon and sea beyond.
Coast/Beach
The white sand beach and many superb restaurants are on the doorstep. Boat trips, kayaking, kite-surfing, horse riding, fishing and golf are just some of the activities nearby.
Golf
20 minutes drive from the apartment are the spectacular sister courses of Quinta da Cima and Quinta da Ria. Whilst they sit comfortably with each other, and enjoy the same clubhouse and management, each course has its own distinctive character. Quinta da Cima is the longer at nearly 7000m. It is a championship styled course. Its undulating terrain, constant surprises, (the 14th and 15th through the orange groves), trying to avoid the charming (but ball enticing) cascading streams, not to mention the 2 lakes that are waiting to capture your score on the last three holes, make this a unique golfing experience. Quinta da Ria, although a little shorter, is perhaps more stunningly beautiful, with some of the holes playing above the Ria Formosa lagoon. Man-made lakes keep the golfers interest focused. Within easy driving distance are Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, San Lorenzo, Pinheiros Altos, Vallamoura, Villa Sol, and many others.
Travel
The apartment is just 30 minutes from Faro airport. Car hire can be arranged through the villa management but is not necessary.
Further details
Born of sea and sand, Fuseta is a fishing village with traditional square shared houses just a 30 minute drive from Faro airport. It offers, not only a golden sandy beach on the lagoon with warm waters in which to swim and snorkel, but also mile upon mile of white sand on the island of Armona, just a few minutes away by ferryboat. Locally caught and barbecued seafood, clams cooked in the traditional Portuguese way, beef cooked on a hot stone and monkfish kebabs are just a few of the many delicious dishes served in local restaurants all within easy walking distance of the apartment.
Booking notes
50% non-refundable deposit with booking; balance 2 months prior to arrival date. An additional deposit of £300 per week (fully refundable) against telephone/fax usage, key loss or damage and £100 for electricity which is reimbursed based on usage.
