Perfect location for both short and long term stays in beautiful Lisboa, whether you are here for business or pleasure. Bairro Alto, Chiado, Baixa (Downtown) and other main city areas are all located within easy walking distance. Public transportation - bus, train, tram, and subway - are also all available within a short walk. The train station and bus terminal are located a few streets away.

Notes on accommodation
The entire building and apartment have undergone full renovations. Secure building: video intercom in hallway (between kitchen and bedroom) to view and talk with any visitors before letting them into the building and the apartment. One floor above ground level. Windows facing quiet street, allowing you to enjoy watching the life outside while remaining drawn back and undisturbed.
Accessibility
There are two steps up to the front gate, but a (new and large) elevator is available once inside. No doorsteps inside the apartment. No other special accommodations have been made for accessibility unfortunately, and sections may perhaps be narrow to maneuver and turn a wheelchair, although we have not tried it. Let us know what you need and we will check for you!

Great location, in the center of Lisboa - Baixa/Downtown. Walking distance to restaurants, nightlife, sightseeing, Bairro Alto, Chiado, and Downtown and other main city areas. Public transportation: bus, train, tram, subway, all available within a short walk (200m). Lisbon Airport - 5 Kilometers.
Further details
Once you step outside the door, you are in the center of everything Lisboa has to offer: great restaurants with local and international food, the Sao Luis theatre, Coliseu dos Recreios, among many others. Less than 50 meters away, you have everything you need for a pleasant stay: bakery, restaurants, pharmacy and supermarket. Bairro Alto, Chiado, Baixa (Downtown) and other main city areas are all located within easy walking distance.
Public transportation - bus, train, tram, and subway - are also all available within a short walk. The train station and bus terminal are located a few streets away. The trains will take you along the coast to the wonderful beaches and towns of Cascais and Estoril, and the picturesque village of Sintra (well worth a visit!). The train station itself if worth to check out, even if you are not traveling far: it is an amazing structure. The nearest subway station is Restauradores, located 200 meters away.
The famous, antique tram N 28 stops near the building and brings you up the narrow streets of Lisboa, passing major monuments, nightclubs and Fado houses on its way up to Campo de Ourique going through Chiado, Estrela and Graca.

Our stay was fantastic!! The space is small but very functional and well furnished. Location is ideal, everything is easily within walking distance including major train stations, city centre & the best night spots! (NDC, Jun-10).
The apartment is well renovated & equipped and has a really good situation: short way to walk around in the city or take trams, metros or trains to the surroundings -and still in a quiet street & house.
