At approximately 80 m2, the large, beautiful lush walk-out garden offers a wonderful setting to enjoy the warm Portuguese days and nights. Directly accessible from both the kitchen and the living room, the patio has seating for up to 8 people, and is a great place to start the day. Enjoy a cup of good coffee made the Portuguese way, along with fresh baked bread from the local bakery (1 euro per loaf!) while watching the sun rising above the lemon trees.

Notes on accommodation
Thanks to the design and building material, the apartment remains nice and cool in the summer, and has heating for the winter. The large, fenced-in garden provides great opportunities for children to run around, play and have fun, while parents can relax comfortably, knowing their children are safe and not confined to the inside. Easy-to-use grill available on the patio to enjoy Portuguese delicacies. Bring your bathing suit for the beach and your vacation mode - and just come in and enjoy!
Accessibility
Unfortunately, the apartment does not have any special accommodations for accessibility. There is a small flight of stairs up to the front door (4 steps, no elevator), although the entire apartment thereafter is on one floor, without any high doorsteps (small doorstep to the garden and to the bathroom however). The hallway and kitchen may be narrow for a wheelchair.

At approximately 80 square metres, the large, beautiful lush walk-out garden offers a wonderful setting to enjoy the warm Portuguese days and nights. Directly accessible from both the kitchen and the living room, the patio has seating for up to 8 people, and is a great place to start the day. It is a private, fenced-in garden, safe for children to run around and play. For lunch or dinner, fire up the outside grill and grill fresh-from-the-sea-to-the-table seafood, succulent Portuguese meats and sausages, or crispy vegetables while you wind down from the day’s events. Or simply bring a good book and sit back and relax in the hammock for the ultimate peace of mind.
Coast/Beach
Sesimbra beach is the closest (4km) & runs along the beautiful coastline of the small fishing village of Sesimbra with cobblestone streets & great food. 2 great dive centers! Meco with it's fabulous long sandy white beaches is only 9km away. The beach is cherished for it's wide range of activities, such as surfing, fishing or windsurfing. For untouched natural beauty, visit Arrabida Natural Park, a local favorite with it's 'hidden' beach Portinho da Arrábida, a small bay at the mountain foot.
Travel
A car is necessary to get around in the area. Lisbon airport is 32km away, direct access to Sesimbra on easy-to-navigate roads.

25% of total price is required to reserve the property. The remaining of the total price (75%) will be paid in cash at check-in. 200 euros fully refundable deposit will be required at check-in. This will be refunded in it's entirety at check-out, provided no damage to the property.
