This gorgeous villa/townhouse is located In Quinta da Poco, an attractive tree lined urbanization nestled in the countryside, close to orange groves and pretty countryside walks. There are bars and restaurants and a small mini market within walking distance, Olhos D Agua is 2km away, Albufeira 5km and Vilamoura 8km. The stunning beaches of Belharucas, Falesia, Sta Maria, Balaia and Santa Eulalia are all reachable in under 5 minutes by car. The villa is cool and contemporary, the lounge is extremely spacious with patio doors leading on to the pretty south facing private lawned garden. The garden is the perfect place for alfresco dining and BBQs, you may even pick a lemon from the tree to put a slice in your G and T. The private garden makes the villa ideal for families with small children as there is a lockable gate at the end that leads to the lovely large shared pool.

Lockable gate that leads to path to large shared pool .Shared pool is located in a mature lawned garden shaded by lovely oak and pine trees. The villa is not directly overlooking pool, it is accessed by a short pathway through the gardens.

Coast/Beach
2km from Belharucas (Falesia beach). 2km from Olhos D Agua and Maria Luisa beach. 3km from Santa Eulalia beach.
All these beaches are soft golden sand with beach bars and facilities, all reached by a 5 minute drive.

Golf
1.8km from pine cliffs Sheraton golf course. 2km from Balaia golf. All the Vilamoura golf courses are in easy reach 7km.

Travel
Faro airport 30 minute drive away.

Just wanted to say thanks for letting us your lovely house in Portugal last week. We all had a great time and enjoyed the house, pool and garden very much. The boys loved having the pool to themselves and going on lizard hunts after dark. We hope to come again one day.

About the owner
This is our family house, we have 2 small children and fond memories of our 2 toddlers running around the garden. We used to live and work in Portugal, this is the house that we used to live in, so I like to think of it is homely, a loved house, with personal touches like my own oil paintings on the wall rather than just a holiday let. I think our house has a lot of character, we love it.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We bought the house in 2007 after living and working on the Algarve for many yeers. I love the tranquility of its location, yet close by to a great selection of restaurants in Olhos D agua, Acoteias and Falesia. We love Portuguese food and there are some great eaters nearby. It is only 35 mins from the airport and 5 minute drive to the most beautiful beaches on the Algarve.

Unique benefits of the property
Our lovely English friends that live in one of the villas on the complex, they are great fun, very friendly. Locally grown oranges nearby. I also love the smell of the Orange and Lemon blossoms in the spring. I absolutely adore the garden, it has sunny areas, shady areas, space to lay out and relax. The smell of the flowers and blossoms, the sound of the crickets, the ideal place to relax. It is a very private and secluded garden for a townhouse, a real bonus.
