The property is fully air conditioned with duel heating facility and with the proximity to the beach is suitable for the whole family. Golf is only 5 minutes drive away and the town centre can be walked to.

There are a few steps to access each apartment to maximise on the full sea views that most have.

The property is set within landscaped gardens with swimming pool with childs pool, sun beds are provided on the large terracing surrounding the pool and there is ample grass area to sunbathe within the gardens.

Coast/Beach
These apartments are within a 2-4 minute walk of Porto de Mós beach & 2 fine restaurants. Most have full ocean views.

Golf
2 golf courses namely Boa Vista and Palmares are within a 5 and 10 minute drive respectively of the apartments, Penina and Parque da Floresta are around 15mins away, Amendoeira and the Pestana courses are 30mins and the Quinta courses around 40mins away

Travel
Faro airport is located approx. 45mins via the A22 motorway, the driving time would be around 45 minutes, a hire car is not essential as walking distance to Lagos town centre is 25 minutes and the taxi fare back is 7 euro. There are 2 restaurants on the beach and numerous cafés around town.

Distances
Lagos town centre is approx. 25 minutes walk away or 5 minutes drive, shopping and a private hospital is also only 5 minutes drive away. The Algarve has numerous places of interest to visit which are normally no more that 45 minutes drive away in any direction.

Further details
There are 2 quality restaurants on the beach within a 2-3minute walk and to access the historic town of Lagos by taxi costs approx 7 euros.

Guest comments
We stayed here for a week in July and the apartment exceeded all our expectations. It is furnished to a very high standard and beautifully maintained. The gorgeous state of the art kitchen meant that we could cook wonderful fresh fish bought from Lagos fish market, as well as eating out in the lovely local restaurants (the one five minutes walk away at the beach is definitely recommended). Pool is lovely and well maintained and the views from the private balcony are fabulous. All in all a wonderful holiday in a fantastic apartment. We will definitely be back. Recommended for: Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

About the owner
At 39 years of age and having lived in Lagos for most of my adult life with my wife & son we branched into the rental business & wished we had much sooner due to such positive feedback from our clients. We live at Porto de Mós so are on hand for anything necessary making a holiday with us hopefully that little bit easier. Our vision is to increase our property portfolio on Porto de Mós beach over the coming years to provide even more luxurious, affordable holidays in the sun in Lagos

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Porto de Mós was an easy decision, as soon as I saw the beach, its restaurants and its proximity to the historic town of Lagos I knew instantly that this was the place to live and raise my family. Our clients love the location, and many are returning yearly having also fallen in love with the place

Unique benefits of the property
A low rise complex of only 12 luxury apartments with over-sized pool & landscaped gardens overlooking the beach, with so few apartments its almost as good as having a private pool. Nearly every apartment has full sea views & is a very short walking distance from one of the most beautiful local beaches. I used to live in the hills some 10mins from Lagos & the added hassle of having to drive everywhere, often in 30º+ summer sunshine, is best avoided
