Views from the villa of the coast and forest nearby. Peaceful location only 4km from some of the best surfing beaches in Europe. There are 3 golf courses nearby also. The owner can recommend lots of inexpensive restaurants and places of interest. The medieval town of Obidos is only 10km away. Fatima, Lisbon, Sintra and Mafra are all easily accessible for day trips.

Ramp access to house from outside, also the house has an elevator. It is suitable for elderly and people with mobility problems.
Outside
Swimming pool is private. It is not heated but is covered by a glass roof which heats the pool by the sun and maintains temperatures. There are lockable doors to access the pool area for child safety. The pool area also has a toilet and shower. The swimming pool area is accessed from the sun terrace at the side of the house.
Coast/Beach
4km from Baleal beach, great for surf or just relaxing in the sun.
Golf
Praia D'el Rey championship course is five minutes away. Golden Eagle which hosts the 2010 Portuguese open is 30 mins away. Bom Successo is 20 mins away.
Skiing
no skiing here too hot!
Special interest holidays
This location is the surfers paradise of Portugal. It is also the golfers paradise. Ideal for photography, painting or relaxing breaks. Peniche exports sea food to Europe, so great for eating out inexpensively.
Travel
Lisbon Airport is 80km away, just 50 mins by car. Use of car is recommended.

We are a family of four who love our home in Portugal and have no problem sharing it with others. We enjoy all the area has to offer and are involved in Golf and surf. We have been visiting the area for four years now and are very familiar with local information and happy also to share our knowledge.
