The immense stretches of golden beaches are just 15 minutes drive and two of the best golf courses within 10 minutes. Bedrooms 1 (Four poster) & 2 (Twin) share the main bathroom. Bedrooms 3 (Double) and 4 (Twin) have en-suites.
Kitchen:
Terracotta floor,table,hand painted fitted units, range cooker,dishwasher,fridge,flat screen TV with SKY. There is a second fully equipped kitchen outside in the pool bar.
Utility:
Accessed from kitchen. Washer,drier,fridge,washing line.
Large lounge/dining:
Wooden beams, marble floor, inglenook fireplace with woodburner,settees,dining table, flat screen TV with SKY,dvd,cd with ipod connecter. Double doors leading onto rear covered patio with alfresco dining area and garden, great views.
Front entrance:
Alfresco dining, front door, entrance hall with marble floor and arched pillars and cloakroom. To the left is the lounge, kitchen and bedrooms 3 and 4,to the right are bedrooms 1 and 2 and main bathroom with cast iron freestanding bath, twin sinks, toilet and granite shower. Door leading to rear garden and pool area.

Notes on accommodation
Provided are bath and pool towels, cot and high chair. Linen changed weekly. Maid service 3 times pw (exc bank holidays). Included is air conditioning to all bedrooms and Wi-Fi. Pool heating is £100 pw extra.

Outside
The house is completely secure with a 2 acre fenced-in mature garden with tropical plants, shrubs and fruit orchard. There are two large lawns with volley ball and boules. A pagoda style walkway leading to the pool area with brick BBQ and marble seating, pool bar with kitchen and steps into the pool. The kitchen consists of fitted units, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, sink, 2 fridges, large granite breakfast bar, cd player with ipod connecter. Marble feature rockery with palm trees overlook the pool.
Views from the pool area are magnificent overlooking the town, its Castle and Cathedral and surrounding hills and valleys.

Coast/Beach
Just 15 minutes drive away.
Other activities available locally include walking, cycling, bird watching and Europe's biggest karting track.

Golf
There are many courses within a 30 mile radius with the Pestana Silves and Oceanica Amendoira courses within 10 minutes drive

Travel
30 minutes to Faro Airport.

“ we stayed at Tootelinhas for a week and all wished we’d booked for longer it surpassed all our expectations and is even more impressive than it looks in the photographs. The location is stunning with beautiful views and secluded enough to be totally private. We loved having all the different dining areas and space for people to have their own quiet time if needed, our favourite area was the Pool with it’s own bar and kitchen with 2 large fridges which stored all our goodiesJThe local supermarket is only 5 minutes’ drive away and is very well stocked and reasonably priced. Geoff and Jo are on hand to offer help and information if you want it and we definitely plan to return to this fabulous property again.
