We have drawn from our experience of villa rental holidays to create a property with all the comforts of home. Set in the countryside on the outskirts of Loule, Casa Gerardo is a wonderful place to bring your family. Tranquil, with views extending to the sea from the roof terraces, yet only 20 mins from Faro airport. 5 mins from the centre of Loule and within easy drive of many of the best golf courses the Algarve has to offer. At over 500m² the size of the villa readily accommodates large families or parties. The villa is light and airy and is equipped to an unusually high standard. Solar powered hot water ensures a constant supply, the pool, sits to the rear of the property with private walled and gated gardens to 3 sides. Fully fitted kitchen with all modern conveniences. Full Sky TV package and an enormous games/family room in the basement ensures your holiday will be one to remember.

Notes on accommodation
For rentals later in the year the property benefits from full central heating, which is available at additional cost. As the property has shutters to the windows it remains pleasantly cool throughout the summer months. Air conditioning newly added throughtout the house, available as an option. Kids love the basement to play in, also provides a bit of peace for Mum & Dad!! Quiet location with lots of open space for children to play safely. No smoking in bedrooms please. All Male/Female parties accepted at our discretion.
Outside
Landscaped gardens to 3 sides. Pool with patio, and barbecue area, two pergolas with alfresco dining, for the exclusive use of guests. There is ample parking on the drive for up to 5 cars. Local riding school offers those of you with an interest in horses the opportunity to see more of the local area on horseback.
Coast/Beach
20 minutes by car.
Golf
The Algarve, a mere 2/3 hours flight from most European capitals, has been a magnet to many discerning golfers for almost 3 decades. Portugal's southernmost province is justly famous for its spectacular scenery along a fabulous coastline. Add to this 24 beautifully tended golf courses, a friendly climate, a cosmopolitan culture and wholesome regional cooking, all in a compact area steeped in history, and you have the ultimate in year-round golfing destinations.
Travel
Approximately 20 minutes by car to Faro airport. Car hire is essential.
Distances
Loule is a 5 minute drive from Casa Gerardo. All amenities are close by restaurants, banks, supermarkets etc. Sao Bras is 10 minutes in the other direction.

Booking notes
30% booking deposit. Balance payable 8 weeks prior to holiday. A security deposit of £300 is required for this property to be held on file and returned to you within 14 days of departure subject to no loss or damage.

A fab villa, it has everything for larger family groups. We all had a great time! The kids really enjoyed the huge pool...we couldn't keep them out of it. The location is very peaceful and we loved having a BBQ in the evening watching the sun set over the hills. Many thanks for providing us with a first class venue for our golfing party. It is evident that much thought has gone in to providing excellent holiday accommodation for larger parties such as ours. First class from beginning to end.
