Notes on accommodation
The villa is equipped to provide everything you need for a hassle free holiday. The south facing secure garden with private pool enjoys sunshine from dawn 'til dusk allowing you to sunbathe all day and then watch the sunset from the balcony whilst enjoying a glass of wine. We would request all visitors respect our request for no smoking indoors. No pets.

Coast/Beach
Less than 10 minutes is beautiful Foz de Arelho. This Blue Flag beach town has plenty of bars/restaurants and is popular with families; the waters of the 'lagoon' inlet are calmer for kite-surfing, jet-skiing and swimming. Just north along the coast lies Sao Martinho de Porto, a spectacular horseshoe shaped bay, enjoying a wider selection of shopping outlets. To the south is Peniche, Cascais and Estoril. There are many secluded beaches nestled along the coastline to explore.
Golf
Praia D'el Rey: 18 hole par 72 championship links course set along a beautiful sandy beach and voted amongst the best in Continental Europe is less than 15 mins from the villa. Other superb courses nearby are Bom Sucesso, Botado and The Golden Eagle Country Club.
Travel
Lisbon Airport is 45 minutes (Easyjet: BMI Baby:TAP: BA) Porto Airport is approximately 2 hours (Ryanair). Car hire is essential to fully enjoy and explore this beautiful region.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking (non-refundable). The balance is required 6 weeks prior to arrival together with an additional £150 security deposit against damages/breakages. The £150 security deposit is fully refundable upon satisfactory inspection of the property following your departure (refunded to you within one week).
