Changeover day
Flexible changeover days. We do try to be as flexible as possible on arrival and departure times. Unless otherwise agreed, arrival is no earlier than 14:00hrs and departure is by 12:00hrs.

Bathroom towels and bedlinen are provided. If requested, a change of towels/linen can be arranged at £25 per change. There is a compulsory cleaning charge of £75 per week. We also provide towels for pool use but we ask you not to take them to the beach. |

Notes on accommodation
The villa is equipped to provide everything you need for a hassle free holiday. The south facing secure garden with private pool enjoys sunshine from dawn 'til dusk allowing you to sunbathe all day and then watch the sunset from the balcony whilst enjoying a glass of wine. We would politely request all visitors respect our request for no smoking indoors. No pets.

Private gated driveway with ample room for parking. Landscaped gardens to the front and side. Large patio area to the rear with private 8x4m pool. Covered terrace provides shade when needed. Patio table, chairs and umbrella for use when dining alfresco! Sun-loungers with covers. Brick built BBQ area.
Coast/Beach
Less than 10 minutes is beautiful Foz de Arelho. This Blue Flag beach town has plenty of bars/restaurants and is popular with families; the waters of the 'lagoon' inlet are calmer for kite-surfing, jet-skiing and swimming. Just north along the coast lies Sao Martinho de Porto, a spectacular horseshoe shaped bay, enjoying a wider selection of shopping outlets. To the south is Peniche, Cascais and Estoril. There are many secluded beaches nestled along the coastline to explore.
Golf
Praia D'el Rey: 18 hole par 72 championship links course set along a beautiful sandy beach and voted amongst the best in Continental Europe is less than 15 mins from the villa. Other superb courses nearby are Bom Sucesso, Botado and The Golden Eagle Country Club.
Travel
By car: Lisbon Airport is 45 minutes (Easyjet: BMI Baby:TAP: BA) Porto Airport is approximately 2 hours. Faro Airpot is approximately 4 hours. Car hire is essential to fully enjoy and explore this beautiful region.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking (non-refundable). The balance is required 6 weeks prior to arrival together with an additional £200 security deposit. The £200 security deposit is fully refundable subject to a satisfactory property inspection following your departure (refunded to you within one week). We accept no responsibility or liability in any way for cancellation due to an act of God, forces of nature, War or any other unforeseen circumstances.
