The property is situated in a prime location within easy walk to the Old Town and the infamous Strip. Albufeira is one of Portugal's most popular resorts boasting several beautiful beaches. The Old Town still has a very traditional feel with narrow streets and white washed houses. Praia da Oura is a very popular beach for the ones who love to sunbathe all day and is located at the bottom of the strip. There are plenty of restaurants locally offering regional cuisine and alternative English food. Shopping in Albufeira is plentiful and there is a gypsy market every two weeks selling some unusual local handicrafts, check out the ceramics, oil paintings and leather products.

Changeover day
Arrival and departure dates are flexible and exit times from the apartment would be 10 am to allow for the cleaning team to prepare for the next guests. Entry times normally from mid-day onwards but we are flexible as it all depends on bookings.

Air-conditioning is fitted which has reverse cycle to provide heating for the cooler months.
Outside
Outside is a large shared pool with garden area, furniture is also provided and there is a BBQ area.
Coast/Beach
Beaches are only a 5 min walk away. The nearest beach is 'Fishermans' located in the Old Town of Albufeira, also close by is Oura Beach located at the bottom of Cardiac Hill which is famous to anyone who has visited before.

Within 10 minutes drive.
Travel
Car hire is not necessary - driving distance from Faro Airport is 37km away. Airport transfers can be arranged and a price given on application and paid locally on arrival.

There is an abundance of leisure activities to do in the Algarve. Water sports, water parks, horse riding, fishing, walking, zoo marine, jeep safari, boat trips, clay pigeon shooting and dolphin watch.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure the booking and the balance to be paid on arrival in cash. A breakage deposit of £100 is needed when you get there but will be returned once the apartment has been checked for damage on departure.
