This private villa is located in a peaceful area close to the town of Guia. Private garden with pool and BBQ area where you can enjoy alfresco dining at it's best or just simply relax alongside the private pool. The blue flag beaches of Gale is a short drive - not more than 10 minutes. Water theme parks which provide a great day's entertainment for the whole family are also not far. For the shoppers, Algarve shopping, which is open until late at night is 8 minutes by car. So all in all this villa has a lot to offer in terms of location, privacy and comfort.

Changeover day
Changeovers days are flexible subject to mutual agreement. Check-in 4pm and check out 11am.

The property is cleaned and towels/linen provided. In the event of the guests staying for more than a week the property will be cleaned every 7 days unless requested otherwise. |

There are a number of top class courses all of which are within a short drive. These include the likes of Salgados, Amendoeira, etc.
Travel
The property is located about 40km from Faro airport. We do recommend that you consider hiring a car.
Distances
The town of Guia, famous for it's peri-peri chicken, is a 5 minute walk from the villa. There are number of water theme parks situated within a 10 minute drive. Algarve shopping which is open until late at night is a 5 minute drive.
Further details
A refundable deposit of £200.00 is required on arrival for any damage to the property or its contents. This would be refunded within one week of departure if no damage is found.
Booking notes
Weekly rental prices are inclusive of utility charges. Clients must provide their own beach towels. The property may be reserved subject to availability, upon receipt of a deposit of 25%. Final payments must be received 6 weeks prior to your arrival date or at the time of booking if your arrival date is within this period. If the payment terms are not observed the booking may be cancelled and our cancellation terms imposed.
