This luxury 2 bedroom apartment is set in a quiet location, on a private complex containing only 10 apartments and 4 villas. Close by are a number of fantastic beaches-Gale, Salgados, Sao Raphael. Salgados golf course, Algarve shopping, zoo marina and Albufeira old town. We have a local shop, 2 local restaurants/bars and take away within walking distance. This apartment is perfectly situated to access the whole of the Algarve easily whether you are holidaying with the family or require a base for a golfing holiday.

Prices are based on weekly rental in UK Pounds. For party bookings of 5/6 people £100 per week extra.
Changeover day
Flexible. The apartment is available on the day of arrival from 2pm and on departure day the apartment must be vacated by 10am

The apartment is cleaned / linen changed weekly on change over day. All linen and towels are supplied for use inside the apartment. Please supply your own towels for use by the pool and the beach. |

Notes on accommodation
Ideal for families, golfers or couples alike. Air conditioning provides heating in the winter. There is a safe installed within the apartment. The complex is fully gated.
Accessibility
We have three steps leading up to the apartment entrance.
Outside
The shared pool and gardens are situated at the front of the apartment, with communal sunbeds. The pool is not heated. The private garden is south facing, with a patio table and chairs, awning, sun loungers and a BBQ. Private parking.
Parasols are provided for use by the pool
Coast/Beach
The magnificent 5km main beach at Gale is 5 minutes drive away. There are 3 restaurants at the beach with an excellent selection of seafood. Sun loungers and umbrellas can be hired. The beach in high season is guarded.
Golf
The nearest golf course is Salgados which is 1.5km away. The new Oceanico resort of Amendoira with two new fantastic courses is 15 minutes drive away and the courses of Vilamoura are 30 minutes drive.
Special interest holidays
Water sports are available along the Algarve Coast, luxury Yacht cruises from Vilamoura. Big game fishing including shark fishing from Portimao, 20 minutes drive. Zoo marina with its superb aqua shows also offers an interactive dolphin programme, 5 minutes drive from Guia.
Boat trips offering grotto tours, champagne criuses and dolphin watching depart daily from Albureira marina.
Local riding stables offer beach rides. Panoramic mountain trekking is available inland, 2 hour or daily treks including lunch are available, approx 40 minute drive from Guia.
Go-karting track is at Almancil, 20 min drive.
Travel
30 mins from Faro Airport. We can provide taxi numbers for transfers to and from the airport which need to be paid locally. Car hire is recommended

The local village of Guia offers a wide range of amenities including supermarket, pharmacy, internet cafe, bank and local market.The restaurants in Guia are all recommended from the finest Portuguese dishes to the chicken Piri-Piri. Algarve shopping is a short drive, its complex offers a wide range of shops, large supermarket, 9 cinema screens, bowling and fast food outlets including KFC, McDonald's and Pizza Hut.
Booking notes
20% non returnable deposit on booking. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure together with £200 cheque (security deposit) against damage to be returned after inspection and cleaning. Credit cards not accepted.
