Stunning views to the sea, the pretty coastal town of Fuzeta and the majestic Sao Miguel mountain, this really is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the real Portugal. Along with its lawned play area, private pool, outside kitchen and barbeque, the villa offers all home comforts, including terraces or balconies from all the bedrooms, ceiling fans and an open stone fireplace for cooler months. There is an excellent choice of local shops, cafes and restaurants just 1kms away at pretty Santa Catarina. The historic town of Tavira with its riverside restaurants and cafes is only 10km drive. There are golf facilities within approximately 15 minutes drive, and tennis less than 2km away.

Outside
The villa is surrounded by olive, fig, almond and carrob groves. The house is set in a 2 acre plot with a lawned play area, and landscaped garden. The 12mx6m pool has a large patio with lovely views to the sea and countryside. There are ample recliners and patio tables and chairs. There is a large BBQ and outside kitchen, with a covered eating area adjacent to the pool. With its endless country lanes and open fields, this is a great place to explore!
Coast/Beach
The beach at Tavira is 15 minutes drive away. There are other superb beaches at Pedras del Rei, Tavira Island and Fuzeta close by.
Golf
Benamor is approximately 25 minutes.
Quinta da Ria and Quinta de Cima are approx. 30 minutes.
Colinas Verde is 10 minutes (9 holes)
Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo and Vilamoura are approx. 30-35 minutes to the west.
Travel
Faro airport is 30 minutes drive. Car hire is essential.
Distances
There is a bank, post office, petrol station, supermarket, cafes and bars at Santa Catarina, 2kms.
Historic Tavira is a must at 10 minutes drive, as is Moncarapacho.
The Ria Formosa National Park is 15 minutes and the palace and Roman ruins at Estoi are just 10 minutes drive.
Booking notes
A deposit of 50% is required to confirm booking. The balance to be settled 6 weeks before arrival. Cancellation less than 6 weeks before arrival is non-refundable. It is strongly advised that guests take out travel insurance.
