Adult and children’s pools, gardens, private parking, on-site management and restaurant. Fitted with relaxing traditional Thai teak style furnishings/decor, large lounge and dining area, satellite TV, modern Danish fully equipped kitchen, air conditioned living rooms and bedrooms, super king size double bed, extra large single beds, quality security access equipment, two terraces. Close to sandy beaches, golf courses, local entertainments, sports facilities, shops and restaurants. Only a short journey to major attractions such as Zoo Marine, Aqualand and Slide and Splash. Other places of interest are the local fishing villages, and at Ponde Grande there are the impressive large arches and underwater caverns. There are several golf courses between 5- 30 minutes drive away. Faro international airport is approx 30-40 minutes drive away.

Changeover day
Changeover day is presently flexible, and will be confirmed at the time of acceptance of booking. Accommodation is available from 3pm on day of arrival. Vacate is by 10.00am on day of departure.

Second bedroom with 2 extra large single beds, fitted wardrobe, bedside table.
The lounge is provided with two single sofa beds.
Bathrooms: Main bathroom with bath/shower, bidet and WC.
En-suite bathroom with bath/shower, bidet and WC.
Kitchen: Danish kitchen comes fully equipped with Siemens appliances, includes oven/stove cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher.
Utility Room: If requested / available. A useful storage room for suitcases, golf clubs and general items.
Living Rooms: Large lounge with large sofa (bed), lounge chairs, teak coffee table, teak storage unit, large screen LCD TV, satellite receiver/UK channels, DVD player, sofa/chair converting to second single sofa bed. Dining area seats six with quality teak furniture.
Other: Hallway with teak furniture, intercom security access system.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
The apartment is provided cleaned upon arrival and cleaned on departure. Towels and linen are provided and changed weekly. Guests to provide their own beach and poolside towels. Additional maid service can be applied for through the management company.

Notes on accommodation
Bedrooms and living area are provided with air conditioning/ reverse cycle to heaters. The apartment sleeps a maximum of 6 people. Children are welcome. Cots and high chairs are available for hire from the management company. Unfortunately, we are unable to allow pets on the premises. There is a strict no smoking policy within the apartment.

Accessibility
Accessibility is suitable for those with mobility problems. The apartment is located at ground floor level and there is ramp access.

Outside
To the front of the lounge there is a patio, suitable for alfresco dining. This area can be used to BBQ. There is also a side patio area which overlooks both swimming pools (convenient to monitor the children). The pool areas include pool furniture.

Golf
The Algarve's many championship courses are within easy drive, as too are many other local courses. The five Vilamoura courses are only 15 mins drive away. Balaia, Salgados and Pine Cliffs are a mere 5 mins drive.Other great courses are Quinta do Lagos, S. Lorenzo, Vale da Lobo, Vila Sol are approx 30 mins.

Travel
Faro international airport is approx 30-40 minutes drive from the apartment. Travel by taxi transfer bus or rent a car. The route to Albufeira is well signposted. Alternatively you can arrange a pick up service through the management company.

Distances
Zoo Marine is 10km.

Further details
Albufeira is a 'once upon a time fishing village', now a major holiday resort with old and full modern facilities such as shopping banking and restaurants.

Booking notes
The apartment can be reserved subject to availability upon receipt of a deposit of 25%. The balance must be received 6 weeks prior to arrival date, or paid in full if period is within the 6 weeks. There is an admin fee of 5% on all refunds. Payments by transfer to notified bank account. There is a Euro 200 refundable loss/damage deposit.

Cancellation fees:
9 weeks = loss of deposit
7-8 weeks = 50 % of full amount due
5-6 weeks = 75% of full amount
4 weeks or less = 100% of total amount
