From the driveway, the beautiful front garden leads into the porch and into the spacious entrance hall. To the left of the hall is a full bathroom to the right is a large kitchen/dining area, leading onto the terrace overlooking the pool with shaded dining area for six people. There are 2 twin bedrooms on the ground floor. The winding stairway leads up to the first floor with the master bedroom and large lounge area both these rooms open onto a large balcony with views of the sea and surrounding area.

Changeover day
Thursday is the preferred changeover day. Occupation can take place after 2pm. On the day of departure the villa needs to be vacated by 10am.

| Living Rooms: | Large lounge area to 1st floor equipped with Satellite TV and DVD player, also small TV in the snug area of the lounge receives Portuguese TV only. Patio doors onto balcony with table and chairs, lovely views of sea and surrounding area. |

Sheets and towels are changed weekly, please bring your own beach and pool towels. The maid visits to clean weekly. Wi-fi is available. |

Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning is in the master bedroom only, the construction of the downstairs bedrooms negates the need for air-con.
Accessibility
This property is not suitable for wheelchair users.
Outside
In the large garden to the villa is the private swimming pool 1 - 2 meters deep and 10 x 5m. Provided with 6 poolside sun lounges and parasols. There is a shower at the side of the pool next to the outside sink and drainer attached to the barbecue. Table and chairs are on the pool terrace, as well as a covered dining area on the terrace just out side the french windows leading from the kitchen.
Coast/Beach
The coast is 800m away with a coastal footpath serving the Western Algarve running along this coastline. The nearest sand beach is 1000m away
Golf
Boavista golf course is 3km approx away. Palmares golf course is 8km approx to the east and Parc da Floresta is 10km approx to the west. The new Espiche golf course has now opened from Jan 2012 on a pay to play basis visit the web site www.espiche-golf.com this course is approx 1.5 miles from the villa.
Travel
The nearest airport is Faro some 75km away and takes 1 hour to reach by car. Although a taxi service is available to and from the airport, it is recommended to hire a car from the airport.
Distances
Praia da Luz is 1.5km away, Lagos the largest town is 5km. There are a large number of towns of interest within a 20km. distance from the villa including Portimao, Silves, Monchique and Alvor all providing different areas of interest both historical and local interest
Further details
Praia da Luz boasts a large number of amenities particularly family restaurants, shops a local supermarket Baptista providing an array of British products. Both Portuguese and British banks are situated in the village.
Lagos has a full availability of amenities including restaurants, banks, supermarkets and a tourist information service providing full details on all local events.
We have provided in the villa a comprehensive list of local interest and leisure activities to complement the tourist office information.

50% deposit payable on reservation which is non returnable upon confirmation by ourselves. Balance to be paid 2 weeks prior to the holiday dates.

Just spent a very relaxing 10 days in your villa, the accommodation was fantastic truly a home from home, plenty of space so that everyone could have a little quiet space to themselves when necessary, the swimming pool was brilliant our youngest loved it. Only comment I would add is although the photos on the website give a good indication to the villa accommodation it is much more impressive when you see it in person.

The provision of a large swimming pool at our villa allows families to play in the water all day without having to venture too far. The villa being only 1 mile from the centre of Luz and the beaches means facilities are close but you can have quietness if you desire, as our property is not overlooked.
Should you wish to eat at home rather than at local restaurants the villa has a spacious fully equipped kitchen and barbecue area for dining at home. A satellite TV with 40" screen provides entertainment for those who need it in a very large lounge with wide sea views as well as the hills to the rear.
