Lagos is also home to a vibrant marina and many sandy beaches with lots of watersports and activities available. There is lots to see in the Algarve and for people who do not wish to hire a car, the bus and train stations are minutes walk away. However, cars can be hired on a daily basis. There is 4 championship golf courses within 15 mins drive. All your holiday needs will be found in Lagos!

Accessibility
Elevator from underground car park to the front door of the apartment, located on the 1st floor.
For wheelchair access, the main entrance door (no steps) leads straight to the elevator and the swimming pool area has large entrance with ramp.

Outside
There is a gated children's play area, large shared pool and snack bar. The grounds are landscaped to a high standard and ample sunbathing areas.

Coast/Beach
Batata and Meia Praia are the pretty and popular beaches in Lagos and is a
15 minute walk.
The beautiful beach of Praia Dona Ana is a 10 minute drive.
Sagres, the most westerly point of mainland Europe, is a 30 minute drive away.

Golf
For many golfers, Lagos is the ideal golf destination with courses like Penina, Boavista, Parque de Floresta Palmares and many more within 15-20 minutes drive.

Skiing
Sierra Nevada is a 5 hour drive away into Spain for all your skiing activities.

Special interest holidays
There are many activities available in Lagos including sailing and other water sports, paragliding, jeep safari, dolphin spotting, day cruises, fishing, mountain biking, theme and water parks and a wide range of extreme sports.

There is a cultural centre which holds free live jazz nights and special cultural evenings from tasty chorizo (Portuguese sausage) nights to art exhibitions.

Travel
The nearest airport is Faro which is approximately 50 mins drive.
Lagos can also be reached via Seville Airport which is approximately 2 hours drive.
Car hire can be arranged through many agencies before you travel and you can avail of private transfers from Faro airport to Lagos. There is also a bus route from Faro Airport which drops you 5 minutes walk from the apartment and a regular train service to the city of Faro.

Distances
Just a 40 minute drive to Guia on the A22 will bring you to zoo marina where you can swim with the dolphins, amongst many other things and also the Algarve outlet centre which offers you many designer shops and a large food hall to pamper to all tastes.

Booking notes
A booking deposit of 30% is required to secure reservation. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival date. A security deposit of €200 is incorporated into the total price and refunded 5 working days after your departure. Our local management rep will be there to meet and greet you on your arrival and is contactable during your stay for emergency purposes.
