This brand new luxurious air conditioned apartment sleeps six and is set within the Sunset Villas area of the 5 Star Vila Sol Golf and Spa Resort. The resort includes tennis courts, swimming pools and top class restaurants as well as a spa offering a full range of relaxing therapies and treatments. For the golfer, the clubhouse and first tee of the 27 hole championship course is only a minutes stroll from the apartment. The apartment's large south facing private terrace is perfect for sun bathing and relaxing and overlooks the swimming pool and landscaped gardens. Vilamoura, with its many golf courses and marina is only a few minutes drive away. Beaches are also within a few minutes drive and the spectacular Aquashow water park is within easy reach.

Changeover day
Normal change over day is Saturday with arrival after 3.30 pm and departure before 11.30 however these can be flexible depending on flight times and occupancy.

Shared bathroom for bedroom 2 and 3 comprises bath with shower over, wash basin, toilet and bidet.
Cloakroom in hall with toilet and wash basin.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with cooker, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, table and chairs, cutlery and cooking utensils included.
Utility Room: Washing machine, airer, iron and ironing board. Gas boiler for the hot water.
Living Rooms: Beautifully furnished living/dining room. Dining table and 6 chairs. L shaped sofa, feature fire place, flat screen cable TV, DVD player. Fully tiled throughout.
Other: Very large south facing terrace with table and six chairs, parasol and sun loungers. The terrace is very private overlooking the pool and gardens. There is car parking outside the apartment together with two underground spaces.

Notes on accommodation
All windows and patio doors are fitted with electric shutters. A climate control system operates the air-conditioning and heating. Cot and high chair can be provided at local cost.

Accessibility
There are no stairs inside the property however there are a few steps from the terrace to the pool and garden area.

Outside
The apartment has a very large and private south facing terrace over looking the beautiful gardens. Table, six chairs parasol and sun loungers are all provided. The shared pool also has a children's pool along side it.

Coast/Beach
Just a 15 min drive away is the private Vila Sol beach with its own beach bar. There are free sun beds and parasols for guests. Water sports are also available at an additional cost. Less than five minutes away are the beaches at Vilamoura and Quarteira.

Golf
The apartment is set within the Championship 27-hole Vila Sol golf course. It is only a two minute walk to the superb club house restaurant and bar, driving range, golf academy and pro shop. Other golf courses within in a 15 min car journey include Old Course, Pinhal, Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago Victoria, Laguna and Millennium.

Travel
Faro International Airport is a 20 minutes away by car and although car hire is not necessary, it is recommended. A taxi from the apartment to Vilamoura is approx 8 euros each way.

Distances
Quarteira 1.5km, Vilamoura 2km, Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago 10-12km, Albuferia 12km, Silves 30km, Lisbon 200km.

Further details
At the entrance of the resort and a 10 minute walk from the apartment is the brand new shopping area and the 5* Vila Sol Spa where you can relax and enjoy a wide range of treatments. The shopping area has a supermarket, delicatessen, Barclays Bank with ATM, restaurant, traditional pub serving food, options and other various shops. Just three minutes away by car is the Aquapark, a great day out for the kids and fun loving parents! Vilamoura Marina with is superb shops and restaurants are a 5 min drive away. Twenty minutes away in Faro is the Forum Algarve with over 200 shops and a family entertainment centre and Algarve Shopping in Albufeira is 15 mins away.

Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental price is payable within 7 days of the reservation to confirm your booking. The 75% balance along with a damage deposit of £100 is payable six weeks prior to your arrival date. The damage deposit will be refunded ten within ten days of departure from the apartment. A £20 charge will be made if arrival is after 19.00hrs.
