It is part of a new complex of approx 60 apartments which benefit from a communal pool and flood lit tennis court. Full lift access from the underground parking area enables easy access with those heavy bags. The immediate local areas comprises of many local bars and restaurants with the supermarket also within a few minutes walk.

| Living Rooms: | The open plan living room plays host to the dining table and 4 chairs as well as a 3 seater sofa bed, LCD TV, DVD player and mini hi fi unit. Patio doors out onto the balcony overlooking the pools and tennis court. |
| Other: | The easterly facing balcony area is furnished with marble top breakfast table and four chairs. Idyllic for outside dining or simply enjoying the evening sun over a glass of wine. |

All towels and linen is included. The apartment is cleaned and refreshed weekly for those taking advantage of the property for more than 7 days. |

Outside
The beautifully manicured gardens also play host to a flood lit tennis court and communal pool with a smaller children's pool alongside. Outside shower facilty available.
Coast/Beach
The picturesque beach at Olhos D'Agua is just 5 minutes walk away, with it golden sands and secluded coves a must for all those who visit. If you fancy a walk along the sands it is possible to walk all the way to Albufeira to the west of Vilamoura to the east. Both directions offer a number of beach side restaurants and cafes to stop for a refreshment or two.
Golf
Situated just beside the Balalia Golf Resort and 5 minutes from Pine Cliffs Golf Resort. The apartment is right in the centre of a golfers paradise. The Vilamoura courses are just 10-15 minutes drive away and in the surrounding area there are a multitude of truly world class golf courses. Penina and Vale de Lobo being two of my favourites. For those who are out on a golfing holiday special rates can be secured through my property management company.
Special interest holidays
There are a significant number of other activities in the local area from water sports to horse riding, water parks to shopping centres the area has it all. If you want to simply sit back, relax and watch the world go by the promenade in Albufeira or the marina in Vilamoura are well worth a visit.
Travel
Olhos D'Agua is approx 35 minutes from faro airport and is a straight run up the motorway or for those seeking to absorb more of the scenary the EN125 is just as easy.

Olhos D'Agua is only 3 km from Albuferia and 10km from Vilamoura.

The apartment is ideally situated in the centre of the seaside village with the supermarket and indoor market only 300 yards away. The centre of the village also boasts a number of exceptional seafood and traditional Portuguese restaurants. For those looking for something different pizzeria's and a Chinese Restaurant only up the road. The plaza next to the complex plays host to bars, cafes, shops, restaurants and a bank so holiday makers are spoilt for choice.
