The complex offers total privacy, is security gated. Cascading pools including children's splash pool and landscaped gardens with supplied sun loungers. The apartments have underground secure parking. Air conditioning. Each has 2 balconies. Lift access. The apartments offer both the romantic holiday or the active vacation with the beach (5 mins walk away) offering all water sports. Guests may use the restaurant and bar in the 5 star Cerro Mar Gardens hotel opposite. For a small local charge you can also make use of the heated indoor swimming pool, gym, tennis courts, bowling alley, sauna and Turkish bath.

Notes on accommodation
If you are looking for an apartment finished to a high standard, in a quiet area, excellent, convenient location then these apartments are for you.

Each apartment has air conditioning/heating. Entrance to the complex is only through a security gate, or use of an intercom. There is underground parking (which is prime in Albufeira). Complex has lifts.

Accessibility
Wheelchair access.

Outside
Complex has lovely landscaped gardens. Cascading swimming pool and children's splash pool. Sun loungers are provided. Large grass area.

Apartments have two balconies. Each has a patio table and 4 chairs for al Fresco dining!

Coast/Beach
The Algarve has over 100 miles of golden sandy beaches, most of which are patrolled by lifeguards during the summer. The beaches are free to use apart from a small charge for the hire of loungers and umbrellas. Nearby restaurants, cafes and bars offer excellent local and cosmopolitan food. The nearest beach is only a short walk through the Old Town - Fisherman's beach - with many other beaches within walking distance. The colourful and lively marina is 10 minutes walk from the complex.

Golf
The Algarve is famous for its golf courses. With the climate in the Algarve golf can be played all year round. There are more than 35 golf courses to chose from. Salgados and Balaia are only 10 minutes drive away. Vilamoura only 15 minutes away.

Travel
Faro is the nearest airport away, approx 40km and only 30 mins drive. Car hire, taxis are available at the airport. We can arrange car hire for you or transfers to the hotel (directly, not on a group pickup).

As the apartment is so centrally located, having a car is not essential. There is a local bus service which is very efficient and reliable, a taxi from the Old Town back to the apartment or visa versa would be in the region of 4 euros.

Distances
The largest water park in the Algarve called Aqualand is just outside Albufeira and is open from March to October. The marina (15 minutes walk away) offers daily boat trips from dolphin watching to just cruising along the Algarve coast and deep sea fishing for shark or Merlin. The largest shopping mall is based in guia only 10 minutes by car. Can also be accessed via a free bus service. It has over 100 shops (including designer), bars, cafes, restaurants and a cinema with English films.

Further details
The village of Pera holds a sand festival every year starting in june ending in October artists from all over the world attend designing sand features and is 7 euros entrance and is open until 10.00pm.

Booking notes
25% deposit is payable on booking with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to the arrival. There is also a £200 refundable breakage deposit payable with the balance, which will be returned on receipt of apartment keys.
