Family orientated villa with large garden, private swimming pool and BBQ area. Spacious surroundings to sunbathe and relax. Various shaded areas. The villa is situated between 2 small villages, with restaurants, local bars, adequate shops, daily markets, banks and post office. The town of Lagos, with a busy marina is only a short drive from the villa. Lagos, historically important, has excellent shopping facilities, great nightlife and restaurants and bars catering for all tastes. The western coast of the Algarve is famous for it's beautiful sandy beaches, either a quiet beach with a bar or two, or more lively, with restaurants, water sports, boat trips and lots more. Most of the beaches are all within a short drive from the villa. This is a typical Portuguese villa, comfortably furnished, fully equipped with all modern cons.

Changeover day
Preferably Saturday, but can be flexible. Please note - check in time is after 2pm and departure time no later than 10am, unless other arrangements have been made.

Notes on accommodation
A perfect location, private and peaceful, yet close to the town and beaches. A villa which is really suitable for all ages. Well behaved pets accepted.
Outside
Outside there is a large terrace area surrounding the private pool (7.5 x 4 meters), it is fully furnished with chairs, tables, sunloungers and sun umbrellas. There is a covered BBQ area and a tree nearby providing a wonderful shaded space. The villa, pool and gardens are fenced with a main entrance gate.
Coast/Beach
A variety of Algarve's most cleanest and uncrowded beaches are with in 5-10 minutes drive. Meia Praia has a long sandy beach, Praia da Luz has lots of water sport activities. There are also a numerous of waterslide parks along the coast. Lagos marina offers a number of boat trip excursions.
Golf
There are several golf courses in the area, the closest Parque de Floresta, is around 3km from the villa.
Travel
Faro airport is approx 1 hour drive to the villa via the A22 motorway. Directions will be emailed.
Distances
The town of Lagos for big shopping, restaurants/bars or late nights out is approx. 5-6km. The village of Bansafrim with adequate shopping, bank, post office and daily market is approx.1.9km from the villa and the typical village of Barao de Sao Joao approx. 1.5km, has local bar and restaurant. The Zoo with a restaurant on the premises, is less than 1km from the villa.
Further details
Leisure activities such as horse riding, tennis, golf, sub aquatic fishing, boat trips, water parks are all with in easy reach from the villa. A small Zoo (Parque Zoologico) 1km from the villa, is well worth a visit.

When booking, please state name, address, telephone numbers, number of party and dates required. A non-returnable deposit of 25%, to secure your booking, is payable at the time off booking, the balance, payable no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival.
