Changeover day
Peak season Saturday is preferable but will try to be flexible where possible. Arrivals after 3pm and departures before 10am to facilitate cleaning.

Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning (hot and cold) is provided in all 6 bedrooms, and in the lounge/dining area and is included in the price. Cot and highchair are available and also included in the price. This villa has a safe for storing valuables, fire extinguisher, fire detectors and alarm system. There will be a great new large games room for further enjoyment in 2010 with pool table, table tennis, table football, electronic dart game, kids games, exercise bike.

Private 10x5m pool with lawned garden. Shaded BBQ area overlooking the pool with table and chairs, cupboards and cutlery. Sunbeds and parasols. Spacious patios for sun-bathing .Well maintained front garden also. The private grounds are securely locked with automatic gates to front and automatic remote control to car entrance (cap. 3-4 cars).
Coast/Beach
You are approx. a 10 min walk to Albufeiras fishermans beach and a 5-10 min drive to many more best golden beaches of the Algarve.
Golf
Nearest golf course is Salgados (18 hole) approx 10 min drive and many more 15-20 min drive.
Travel
Faro airport is approx 30 mins by car.Due to villa location, car is not a necessity.

You are located in a very convenient area. Nearest supermarket 200m. Central bus station 300m. Albufeira centre and beach 500m. Cafe 300m. Fresh fruit and fish market (including a bakers shop for freshly baked bread everyday, snack bar/café, ATM machine and barbers) 300m. MacDonald's /Kuntucky Fry/ pizza hut etc 800m.
Further details
Albufeira is the most popular tourist area of the Algarve with its diversion of shops, restaurants, bars, discos and very lively night life. The famous 'strip' near Montechoro about a 20 min walk away is also very popular with tourists and locals alike where you are spoiled for choice of souvenir shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and discos ( your teenagers will love it!). Plenty of leisure/water parks are all within a short drive. Zoomarine is great for the little ones and is about a 20min drive or you can catch zoo marine special buses from Albufeira. Boat trips, fishing expeditions, water sports etc. can also be organized for you in tourist agencies in Albufeira. Algarve shopping complex in Guia (10 min drive) is also a good way to spend a day where you can shop around, eat, go bowling or to the cinema all in the one place. Driving along the coast there are many, many beautiful and different beaches to choose from. You are closest to Albufeiras famous fisherman’s beach which is a close walk away.
Booking notes
A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance must then be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival along with a £200 refundable damage deposit. This damage deposit will be returned to you within 2 weeks of your return home. Full payment for late bookings.
