This self-catering apartment is set on a new complex which comprises 4 gated condominiums each with their own children's and adult pools and garden. This 1st floor, 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious and tastefully furnished throughout. The master bedroom has a double bed, 2 large wardrobes and patio doors lead onto a large balcony. A large en-suite leads off the bedroom with a shower/bath. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and a built in wardrobe. A second shower room has a shower, toilet and washbasin. The large beautifully finished kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer and separate kitchen table. A spacious store leads off the kitchen. The large lounge has a dining table to seat 6 people and two sofas, one which converts into a comfortable double bed. Patio doors lead to a second balcony. For your entertainment there is a TV, DVD player and Sky Satellite. All bedrooms and the lounge are air-conditioned. Has lift access.

Changeover day
The changeover day can be flexible. The apartment will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:30am on the day of departure. These times may be flexible depending on bookings.

Twin - 2 single beds.
Both bedrooms are fully furnished, air-conditioned and have large fitted wardrobes and electric shutters for comfort and safety. There is a double sofa bed in the spacious lounge.
Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 - master bedroom en-suite, toilet, bath with shower, bidet.
Bathroom 2 - toilet, shower enclosure.
Kitchen: Fully integrated kitchen comprising electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Washer/dryer. All cooking utensils, including toaster, kettle, saucepans, etc. The kitchen also has a dining area with a table and seating for 6 people.
Utility Room: Built in vacuum cleaner, water heater, mop, brushes, iron, ironing board,clothes horse, fire extinguisher and first aid case.
Living Rooms: Lounge has 2 x two seater sofas, 1 of which converts to double sofa bed, coffee table, side table, TV with Sky Free view channels and DVD player.
Dining area has table and chairs to seat 6. Balcony with table and chairs off lounge.
Other: The apartment has electric shutters for security and to keep it cool during the day. It has full air-conditioning (with heat function for winter). The apartment benefits from an underground car park space to keep your hire car cool.

All bedlinen and towels are supplied except for beach towels. Apartment cleaned before arrival. Whilst a change of bedlinen and towels is provided a mid stay clean and linen changed can be arranged at an additional cost, please enquire.

Notes on accommodation
Please note the apartment is non-smoking. A safe is provided for your valuables. A first aid kit is provided in the kitchen. The air-con also provides heat, for those cooler nights in winter.

Accessibility
This is a 1st floor apartment and has video entry phone access. There is lift access to all floors for those with mobility problems. Underground secure parking is available for 1 vehicle. Excellent public transport links, with a bus stop outside the complex.

Outside
Parque da Corcovada is a development of luxury apartments and villas, surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens and swimming pools together sunbeds, side tables and umbrellas. The apartment has a shared adult and separate children's pool. A snack bar with internet access, mini-golf and children's play area is situated opposite the development.

Coast/Beach
15 minutes walk to Praia de Oura beach.
20 minutes walk to Santa Eulalia beach.
30 minutes to the beach at Fisherman's bay in the old town.

Golf
The Algarve’s many championship courses have established it as a premier golfing destination. Being centrally located, Parque da Corcovada is a convenient base for all levels of golfer. The five Vilamoura courses are only 15 minutes drive away. Balaia, Salgados and Pine Cliffs a mere 5 minutes drive. Other great golf courses like Quinta do Lago, S. Lorenzo and Vale do Lobo or Vila Sol are just an easy half-hour drive away.

Travel
Faro is the nearest airport approx 40km away/30-35 minutes drive. Car hire is available at the airport. Airport pick ups can be arranged, if requested. Taxis are also available at the airport. As the apartments are centrally located to many of the local attractions, car hire is not essential. The local bus service is very efficient and reliable if you do not wish to drive.

Distances
The tourist Strip is a 5 minute walk to all bars and restaurants. The Old Town is a 25 minute walk or short bus journey, it can also be reached on the 'tourist train' which will pick up on the strip and do a circuit of the Strip, Old Town and beach.
Faro 40km, Lagos 45km, Portimao 35km, Tavira 60km, Vilamoura 22km, Lisbon 256km (reached within 3 hours via fast toll motorway).
Local shops and 2 supermarkets are 5 and 10 minutes away on foot. There is a bus stop outside the apartments.

Further details
Albufeira, Portugal most popular resort, is described as the 'Tourist Capital of the Algarve and is a perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. The apartment is set in a quiet development a 15 min walk to the beach at Praia Oura and a 5 min walk to the very lively tourist 'Strip' lined with cafes, restaurants, bars and night clubs. It is a short distance from Albufeira 'Old Town' with its white-washed houses, shops and narrow cobbled streets. There is a modern marina providing watersports and stunning sandy beaches backed by limestone cliffs. For sporting enthusiasts there are many activities available from the world famous golf courses to the thrilling water parks. Aquashow in Quarteira and 'Slide & Splash' in Lagoa are two water parks which provide an exciting day out. A must see is Zoomarine based in Guia a short car/bus ride away. Zoomarine features dolphin and tropical bird shows, an aquarium, fairground rides and swimming pools surrounded by beautiful lakes and gardens.

Minimum stay 1 week. Prices may be subject to change at owner's discretion. Please contact the owner for longer or shorter term lettings. Rates for stays of less than 1 week are calculated as 1/7th of the applicable weekly rate plus £30.
A 25% non-refundable deposit will be required on booking and the balance is to be paid 6 weeks prior to the arrival date. Payment by bank transfer or cheque. £150 damage deposit required (refundable within 2 weeks of departure).
