No smoking inside the apartment.
No pets.
We provide a friendly welcome service for guests and can assist with travel arrangements if required.
Welcome packs arranged on request (15 euros). Paid on arrival.
Private Parking with remote control access and lift to courtyard level.
Access to the apartment is via 2 flights of stairs and may not be suitable for everyone.

Outside
The apartment has a balcony off the living room with lovely views to the beach and old harbour. It has a bistro table/chairs, sunshade and loungers.

Coast/Beach
Lagos town beach is approx 10 minutes walk via the promenade. Meia Praia beach (miles of golden sands)is approximately 20 minutes walk or just a few minute via the small ferry boat from the promenade.

Golf
Numerous golf courses are all within a short drive.
New leisure complex with pools, loungers and cafe just a 12 minute walk away. Excellent popular restaurants on the doorstep

Travel
Faro airport is approximately 55 minutes by taxi. Alternatively the train runs direct from Faro to Lagos for a fraction of the cost. This journey takes about 1 hour 45 minutes.
Low cost transfer service with pick up point at the Tivoli Hotel (approx 50 yards from the apartment).

Distances
Lagos has very good local transport. Buses and trains cover many inland and coastal villages and towns.
Note: check out how far out of the towns the station are (you may need a taxi). There is an express bus to Lisbon, and Seville can be accessed in under three hours.
Water parks are about half hours drive (local buses drop off at the entrance).

Further details
Lagos is the most ancient town in the Algarve and steeped in history, culture and atmosphere. The fishing port is colourful and you can have a meal prepared by the local fishermens wives at very reasonable prices, The marina is smart and sophisticated, the town centre is pedestrianised and packed full of restaurants/pavement cafe's most of which serve delicious local food and there is regular entertainment and festivals in the main square.
Still an independant working town with a busy fishing port Lagos has its own hospital, banks, cinema, arts theatre and shops of all types.

Remainder due 8 weeks before departure.
Acc damage deposit of £100 payable on arrival and refunded after satisfactory final inspection.
Heating costs are NOT included.
