Casa Baia is a spacious townhouse, a part of a small complex consisting of five apartments. It has its own private pool (can be heated) with views to the Atlantic. The location of the property is quiet and residential, at the end of a small cul-de-sac, but yet within walking distance of some shops and restaurants. Furnished with a good taste, fully equipped and air-conditioned.

The prices are per week in Euros including air-conditioning but excluding pool heating. The pool can be heated for an extra 120€ per week.
The property is available for longer winter lets.
Changeover day
Our preferred change-over day in the peak season is Saturday, otherwise flexible.

All bedlinen and towels are provided including separate towels for the pool use. Maid service 2-3 times per week. The maid changes bedlinen once a week, bathtowels every 3-4 days. |

Notes on accommodation
The property is on two floors: the living areas, the twin bedroom and first bathroom are on the main ground floor with the access to the swimming pool. The two double bedrooms are on the first floor with an adjoining balcony overlooking the swimming pool. There is also a large second bathroom with a separate shower and corner bath serving these two bedrooms.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Accessibility
The property is suitable for persons with slight mobility problems. The ground floor part of the property is all on one level and with no steps.
Outside
The patio/pool area has sunbeds for 6 people, wooden table and chairs and sunbrollies.

The Algarve is famous for its excellent golf courses. In Carvoeiro we have two 18-hole courses (within 5 mins drive) and also a smaller 9-hole Par3 course. There are several other courses within 20-30 mins drive.

Booking notes
The booking is secured when 30% deposit (non-refundable) has been paid. The balance of the rent is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Breakage deposit (refundable) is requested with the balance payment.
