It is ideally located, being only a mile and a quarter inland from Meia Praia beach and only 3km east of the town of Lagos with many restaurants and amenities. The living accommodation is on the first floor with large terrace, taking advantage of the fantastic sea views. The spacious lounge/dining room is comfortably furnished with satellite television, DVD. Open dining area has large table to seat 6. Doors open to the broad terrace with gated stairs leading down to the pool. The terrace has lovely views across the fields to the sea. The kitchen is well-equipped and also has a separate access to the terrace, ideal for dining outside. The three well-furnished, attractively decorated bedrooms are located on the ground floor and all have patio doors opening to the pool terrace and landscaped lawned gardens.

Beautiful lawned garden surrounding large, private 6 x 15m rectangular pool. Plenty of sunloungers and large outdoor table on upstairs terrace.

Meia Praia Beach is only a 15 minute walk from the villa the villa. Beautiful south coast beaches in Lagos all within 10 min drive. Stunning West Coast beaches including Carrapateira and Castelejo within 40 minutes driving.
Golf
Palmares Golf Course is within a 5 minute drive from the villa and Boavista Golf within a 15 minute drive from the villa. Parque da Floresta, Morgado and Penina all within 40 minutes.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or cheque. Deposit of 25% required at the time of booking. Balance payment due four weeks before arrival. Property is available from 2pm. Departure time is 10am but will be flexible if possible.
