Villa Bela Vista (Beautiful View) is a Villa that really lives up to its name, with a beautiful, panoramic view to the sea, across Salgados Golf course. The villa is new, in beautiful condition, fully air conditioned and is located at the end of a cul de sac, on the hillside overlooking Vale de Parra. It is a quiet area but within two minutes walk of two restaurants and a bar. There is a pharmacy, newsagent, bank and local mini market as well as five other restaurants and bars located in the village of Vale Parra which is within a five minute walk. The villa is very child friendly, with a pool fence and stair gates. There is an alarm system and 3 safes, and the property is totally enclosed by walls with gates. The large swimming pool (11m x 5m) has roman steps and can be heated (as an optional extra). The pool is surrounded by a large terrace. There is a brick built BBQ and the Villa also comes with complimentary Wi Fi internet. Perfect for a family holiday or to keep in touch online.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds - including air-conditioning.
Clients wishing to take 10 or 12 day breaks can also be accomodated on a
Pro-rata basis .
Changeover day
Changeover day is preferably Thursdays but we may be flexible depending on length of stay and month of booking.
Arrival time is 2pm and the Villa must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 has a double bed and own balcony. Bedroom 2 is on the top floor with 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 is on the top floor with Kingsize bed. These rooms have a wrap round terrace. Giving great views of the sea, surrounding area. All air-conditioned. |

| Utility Room: | This room is across the hall from the kitchen. It contains a washing machine, iron and iron board, dustpan and brush, clothes dryer, sweeping brush. |

Guests are provided with kitchen linen, bedlinen, hand towels and bath towels all of which are changed once during a weekly visit by the maids. Beach towels are not provided. There is a cot provided free of charge when needed. Advance notice required. |

Notes on accommodation
The house is alarmed with English speaking monitoring service.
The pool can be heated on request. All rooms are air-conditioned. The house is suitable for younger children with security gates at the bottom and top of the stairs. There is a little playhouse, picnic table and small slide on a gated little terrace. The pool is separated from the main house terrace by a gated fence. Side rails are available for the single beds for younger children.
All windows have mosquito nets and Shutters .
Outside
The area outside the lounge is a wrap around terrace and has an outside table and 8 chairs with cushions for open air dining. Adjacent to this is the Barbeque area with handy access door into the Kitchen .
The large swimming pool (11m x 5m) has roman steps and can be heated (this is available as an optional extra). The pool water is cleaned biologically, so the water is very pleasant to swim in. The pool is surrounded by a large terrace with a pool side shower and 6 top quality loungers with 2 side tables; 2 parasols with movable bases and Poolside Table and Chairs. The pool and terrace area also have automatic outside lighting for those who enjoy swimming at night. The villa has a small childrens play area as well as a small grass area suitable for ball playing. The villa has mature gardens and trees and also has a washing line for guests use .
Coast/Beach
The magnificent Salgados beach is within 2.5km of the Villa and sits between the beaches of Gale to the east and Pria Grande to the west (a total 4km of beach).
It boasts a snack bar and a top class fish restaurant and is perfect for watching the amazing sunset on the horizon.
There is a raised wooden walkway and cyclepath over the nature reserve that is Salgados Lake. This runs adjacent to the beach for approx 2km and is a pleasant to walk or cycle.
Golf
The nearest Golf Course is Salgados, which you can see from the Villa and is within easy walking distance.It is 1 Km away and is located in a water nature reserve and adjacent to Salgados Beach.
In addition Silves, Gramacho, Pestana and Amendoiera are all within twenty minutes to the West. Amendoeira is worth a special mention, newly completed it has two championship courses designed by Nick Faldo and Christie O'Conner Jnr. Then there are five courses at Vilamoura, two each at Val do Lobo and Quinta do Lago to the east.
There is a golf booking agency in Vale de Parra Ph 003512891662 , they will arrange your tee time and they offer discounts that you won't get when you book direct from the pro shop on course.
Travel
Faro international airport, 40km, approximately 40 minutes by car.Transfers can be arranged.
A car is not essential in order to have an enjoyable holiday at Villa Bela Vista as a lot of people who stay in this area do not bother with car hire as we are within two minutes walk of two Restaurants and a Bar. There is also a Mini-Market, Off-Licence, Pharmacy, Newsagent, Bank and Laundry as well as five other Restaurants and four Bars in the Village of Vale Parra which is within a five minute walk.
Distances
Vale De Parra 700m, a pleasant Village with good quality and reasonably priced restaurants along with several bars including one which is entirely in the open air. The village of Guia is 3km (famed for it reasonably priced restaurants, 30 at the last count). Albufeira 5km (pleasant to walk about in the evening with various musicians and a nightly puppet show for children in the town square. Also boasts an array of duty free priced shopping). Algarve Shopping Centre 5km (Algarve's biggest).
Further details
Several Bars and Restaurants at Gale beach area offer a free pickup service to our Villa where they will pick you up and drop you back to the Villa afterwards. So you can phone them in the morning have lunch spend the afternoon at the beach and they will drop you back afterwards. These are listed in our personal Villa Guide which you will find at Villa Bela Vista. Zoo Marine is approximately 4kms distance from the villa. It is a marine theme park where the Dolphin and animal shows / exhibitions are educational and promote awareness of environmental and conservation issues. There are also family fairground rides, including the big wheel, which gives a spectacular view of the whole park, a mini roller coaster and some water slides. The park has good access for wheelchairs and buggies, so is definitely enjoyable and accessible for everyone. Slide and Splash water theme park rated as the Best in Europe is only a 10km drive away.
The Albufeira Marina is a short 3 km drive away .There you will find several companies which offer Deep Sea Fishing ,Diving ,Whale and Dolphin Viewing trips or just a relaxing Cruise along the Algarve Coastline.The Marina is also a good way to keep the children entertained with Bicycles of all shapes and sizes available for hire along with Bouncy Castles and play areas .
Albufeira and Amacao de Pera with their vibrant nightlife are a short drive or taxi ride away.

Booking by telephone and email. 30% deposit at time of booking. Balance due ten weeks prior to arrival. A Security Deposit of £250 which is returned a fortnight after your stay.

All the info provided in the villa was really useful and the people at the Principal office were excellent.
