Our luxury apartment is in a perfect location for a holiday in the Algarve, set in extensive landscaped gardens. The sea views from the lounge are stunning, and the views of the two fabulous swimming pools with a cascading waterfall feature, and tennis court for you enjoyment. Albufeira Old Town is a pleasant 10 min stroll, where you will find many shops, restaurants and bars. Fisherman beach is within walking distance. There are several golf courses close by and 7 more beaches within 5 mins drive.

Living Rooms: South facing, lounge/dinning room with patio doors to balcony, overlooking Marina and Sea.
Two leather sofas and dining table for 4, flatscreen LCD TV Satellite, and DVD player.

Notes on accommodation
There is secure underground parking and lift access suitable for couples and families with young children as they have their own pool, can arrange cot and highchair. Great for Golf and water sports, fishing. We would prefer non-smokers, but in the event that you are a smoker we would politely ask that you smoke out on the balcony.

Accessibility
The apartment has video intercom entry, lift access from the underground car park, secure gated condominium with electric gates entry via key fob.

Outside
2 large shared swimming pools, top level for younger children, as its shallow, lower pool with cascading waterfall, sunbeds are provided around the pools, outside WCs and showers for your convenience, landscaped gardens, and a floodlit tennis court, bring your own rackets and balls.

Coast/Beach
Albufeira has many beaches close by, the closest to the apartment is Fishermans beach 10 mins walk, if you head towards Sao Rafael, (5 mins drive) there are 7 beaches, all with modern beach bar/restaurants, Gale beach has 3 restaurants and sunbed hire, watersports pedalos etc, many boat trips leave from Albufeira Marina great day out. You will not be disappointed with the coastline in this area.

Golf
Salgados Golf course is a five mins drive, lovely club house and next to the beach and nature reserve, also close by are Pine cliffs Balaia. Vale de Milho Golf Carvoeiro is more reasonable. Vilamoura with its many championship golf courses, plus marina nice day out.

Travel
Faro Airport is 25mins drive, most hire car companies are based at Faro airport, a taxi is approx 38 euros each way.

40% non refundable deposit payable once booking confirmed, balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

The apartment was stunning better than pictures, the owners had thought of everything, lots of extras, we had a fantastic holiday and hope to go again next year. Mr and Mrs Ahmed June 09.
