The cottage is located within 35 km of Faro airport and minutes from a vast array of golf clubs and interesting towns that are the epitome of Algarve culture. We have a special relationship with Quinta Fonte Do Bispo which is only 3 kms from the cottage and any guest will have full use of their facilities. Notes on prices
All prices include cleaning before arrival, change of linen once a week, and cleaning after departure. Linen and towels are provided. Long term rentals upto 1 year are also available at very competitive prices.
Changeover day
Visits are from Saturdays to Saturdays.

Outside
The villa has a unique giant chess board with giant chess pieces on the terrace. There are several shaded terraces to enjoy the unbelievable and magnificent views.
Coast/Beach
The Algarve is famous for its wonderful sandy beaches and the Island of Tavira is very close by. This natural and preserved island is separated from the mainland by the Ria Formosa and accessed by a minute ferry ride. Also very near by are the fabulous beaches of Barill, Manta Rota and Praia Verde.
Golf
Within a very short drive you can access the beautiful and famous Eastern Algarve golf courses , namely Monte Rei, Quinta Cima, Quinta Ria, Quinta de Vale, and Benamor.

Travel
Faro airport is only 35 kms away on the A22 motorway. Less than a 30 minute car journey. 10 km from the historic town of Tavira. 10km from Sao Bras, 5km from motorway. 8 km from Moncarapacho, 15 kms from Olhao.
Distances
3 km from ideal leisure centre which has a bar and restaurants together with swimming pool, tennis court, mini gym, and games room set in 6 hectares of beautiful Algarve countryside. Tavira with its array of shopping, restaurants lining the river front, commercial centres (such as banks etc) and places of historical interest is only a 10 minute drive. A wide range of golf courses are within a 20 drive. There are several local restaurants and bars which provide daily Algarvian food.

On booking a 25% deposit is requires with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £150 is also required.
