Quinta Silvestre is a very comfortable 4 bedroom villa, built approx 25 years ago on a private estate in the hills overlooking Lagos and the sea. The very large garden is a combination of lawns and colourful shrubs. The comfortable living room on the upper level has a wood burning stove. Doors open onto the upstairs terrace which is perfect for enjoying the sunshine and stunning views. Downstairs the entrance hall leads into the dining room with French windows leading out onto a covered terrace with outdoor table and seating for 8. Steps from the terrace lead to the swimming pool, outside shower and barbecue area. The well equipped kitchen has been refurbished and includes a dishwasher and microwave. Maid service is provided 5 times a week. Just 85kms from Faro Airport and 5km from beaches and restaurants, a car is essential. A wide choice of golf courses are within a very short drive and the villa is equipped with a Satellite television with English channels.

Property on 2 levels with steps down to pool on lower level. Ground floor bedrooms but not suitable for wheelchair users.

Pool heating available at extra cost £130 per week April - October, £250 per week November - March. Sun loungers and umbrellas around pool area.

A short drive (5km) to family beaches at Luz and Burgau. Many others nearby and the stunning west coast beaches are about 30 minutes drive away.

Boa Vista Golf and Palmares closest courses to Quinta Silvestre - just 10 mins away. Parque da Floresta, Penina, Alto Club, Morgado and Alamos (20 mins), Val da Pinta, Quinta da Gramacho and Silves (30 mins).

Faro 90km, Lisbon 290km. Car essential.
Distances
The market town of Lagos is 4kms with shops, restaurants and marina. Praia da Luz village with shops, supermarket and restaurant is 4.5kms. The nearest supermarket is 3kms and restaurant 1km.
Further details
Lagos has banks, several large supermarkets and an excellent market, many restaurants, cobbled streets and a buzzing night life. Luz is quieter with several small shops, doctor's surgery and restaurants overlooking the beach.

A food parcel can be supplied for your arrival upon request. Please vacate by 10.00am. Property available from 2pm. 30% non-refundable deposit on booking, the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Security deposit payable before arrival. No pets. No smoking.
