This excellent almost new ground floor apartment is situated on a well tended complex with ample gated parking. There is an extra large patio with built in barbecue, table, 4 chairs and two sunbeds. The patio is a sun trap from early morning to late evening ideal for the sun worshipper. Within the complex are 2 pools for communal use, 1 for adults and 1 for children. The apartment is within a residential area but near enough to walk to any nightlife. The bus station is just 5 minutes walk away. Old Albufeira is approximately 15-20 minutes walk away with its large variety of bars and restaurants. It is near to many golf courses and Albufeira's marina. Not to far away is Marineland with a seal and dolphin display, along with many fairground rides. A perfect day out for the whole family is Slide and Splash not to be missed.
